Precision Overhead Garage Door

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, WENT RIGHT TO WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE DOOR WAS REPLACED AND THE OLD ONE HAULED AWAY. THERE WAS A BROKEN PART IN ONE OF THE BOXES WHEN THE TECHICIAN OPENED IT, AND SINCE IT WAS GETTING LATE IN THE DAY, WE DECIDED THAT THE IT COULD WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT THE AGREED TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB, THIS WAS QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY MATERIAL. WE COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED.

John was terrific. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. A pleasure to have him take care of our garage doors. Thanks so much for excellent service

Excellent from the start. I purchased an Angies List coupon for the service and received a response from Precision Overhead Garage Door within hours with options for scheduling services. On the scheduled day of service, the service technician Blake called about 15 minutes prior as they indicated he would to ensure availability. He arrived on time and after professional greeting and overview of service he promptly began work. He completed it quickly and explained what was done and results of the inspection. No pressure for additional services, but explanation of options on how door system could be improved in areas that were showing wear from years of service. Nice work done professionally and courteously. I will use them again to upgrade my door for wind mitigation purposes in the near future.

The previous garage door company that I used to install springs for my garage door were not strong enough to support the garage door. They are coming back in two days to replace the springs. I appreciated the support that I got from Precision Overhead Garage Door Company as they are very customer centered. Their technician was very helpful and patient.

It was the first call we've made on Angie's list. We were told they would be coming in the afternoon, of the same day. Justin came as scheduled. He was quick to say what was needed and then to fix it. He made sure the garage doors worked without much noise and replaced the door openers for each car. I would call them again, as Justin was very professional.

They only sent one guy and it took him a long time to fix the door. He finally got it done, but the garage door jerks and is still pretty noisy. The company said they'd come back out and re-adjust it.

Great service. I called them 10PM at night, they were at my house 9AM the next day. Replaced the broken Garage door springs, the rollers that were in the Angies list deal (saving me $149) and bearings that were wearing out. The door is quiet and works great. The tech showed up when promised (we were told between 8 and 10am) and called at 8AM to say he was stuck in traffic but still made within the promised time frame. Highly recommend them. To find the broken spring at 10PM at night and have it fixed 12 hours later, couldn't ask for better.

Scheduling went real well. One technician came out for the job and spent about two hours on it. He was more than compliant and just superb. The technician was totally professional and personable. He answered all of the questions we had even in reference to if we wanted to upgrade anything. He was open, honest, and explained everything very well to us. He left no mess behind and but for the door being more quiet, you couldn’t even tell he had been here. Everything went wonderful!

I am very pleased with the work that was provided. Now garage door seals perfectly and is the quietest door on the block!!! I would not hesitate to use them again for all my garage door needs.

We had a few quotes and found Precision to be a Great Price !We had windows put in the door which only cost 150 more ,the workman was punctual did a great job and it has made a big difference to the aesthetics of our Property .I They came within a few days of the initial consultation,Would recommend this Company.

great... michael... took time to explain i did not need the weather striping... but the rollers were on there last legs... he replace the rollers and adjusted the door to lay flat on the floor... wow... what a difference... you could here the door across the street... not now... quiet is an understatement... he had concerns about the wrong spring we had installed, however... he said wait it out... call them when it needs to be replaced... which i will

It went really well! He gave me lots of information about garage doors and was very helpful. I can definitely notice a difference in the door! He was very professional and I'd recommend him to anyone else in need of the work. I'll be giving him a call in a few months if I need it.

The tech was very nice and did a great job. Superior service. I used the coupon from Angies List. The coupon stated I could pay for the service in advance, which I did. During the process of paying for the service I accidently clicked twice, thus charging me $200.00 instead of $100.00. I called Angies List and explained my mistake and was assured I would be refunded the money in 7 to 10 days. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and several calls, still no refund. Does Angies List have a penalty box?

Everything was handled beautifully. They cleaned up and removed the old parts. They were on time, courteous and very helpful.

On 4/24/2014 Mike Boyle with Precision Garage Door Service did work on my garage door. Mike found the problem and gave me different repair options on how to service the door. I had to replace 2 torsion springs, one center bearing and two end bearings with the plate. Mike did a great job and was very professional. The only negative was the cost of the repair. I feel $446.00 was high but in fairness my door is 10 years old. I made a decision to invest in the maintenance so it will continue to perform well. In this economy price is important so if on a budget you may want to shop for the best deal. I would use this company again.

They are absolutely awesome. They were just very prompt in getting here and getting the job done. All I wanted was get a keypad on the outside of the garage but he found a bolt that was about to fall out of the door so he repaired the door as well. I thought it was a very fair price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I would refer them. They were very courteous and professional. They were a pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely use them again.
