Precision Overhead Garage Door

The company was great to schedule the service call so quickly. The technician was very thorough with his evaluation of the condition of the garage door. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would call them again.

We have worked with Precision Overhead Doors, and, in particular, with Robert Turner, for several years at our commercial property. This is by far the best service I've ever received. We first met Rob when a tornado ripped through the area and threw at least 10 roll-up doors off their tracks. It was 5 pm on a Friday and I called multiple companies looking for help. Precision was the only one willing to even consider showing up. Rob came over and stayed until after 10 pm fixing and securing doors for our tenants. He has been our go-to guy ever since. He's prompt, knowledgable, courteous, and professional. And the prices are more than fair. They have worked on our home garage door too. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors.

Sent out response last night via Angies email on my service issues with Precision Overhead Door. I just got a phone call from them this morning and issue is being addressed and door panels are to come in on 7/16/14. The manufacturer/provider of the panels "CHI Overhead Doors" is the reason for the delay (i.e. as I understand).

It was generally very positive experience working with Precision Door. The quote was given quickly and right in line with our expectation. The installation experience was a little bumpy at first but everything worked out as promised. Initially the installer wouldn't begin because he said our job was more difficult and we weren't being charged enough. Another installer finally arrived, the salesman spoke to them and told them how to do it. They then got to work and did a very nice job. Our garage door opener had some issues but they were very responsive to getting everything functioning to good working order.

Called on a Tuesday gave estimate on Wednesday came on time Thursday and in two hours had a brand new working garage door! Explained how everything worked before they left and hauled off the old door. Works great! :)

Young man did a good job. A bit too "talkative" for my taste, non the less a fine job.

Of course, like a good salesman, he also told me that the bearings are wearing out , but also that my 40-year old garage door is wearing out.,, I think I just need to patch it in a few small places!

Very prompt in their service call. Was able to fix door. Replace springs and some other smaller parts. I thought it was very expensive. But needed the door to work so I had no choice.

all i thought i needed was to adjust. has happened before if electricity goes out or cable/rope from above gets stuck and i haven't been good fixing that myself even tho supposed to be easy but was told and he did: Genie coupler $69.95, 14 foot extension cable $135., 3"heavy duty pulleys gold $100., tax $21.34, fuel/energy surcharge $20. may get second opinion next time.

LOVED these people! That door has never moved so nicely! They were prompt and while they were a tad expensive, I'm completely happy with the job.

Install went very smooth. The installer was on time and did a great job. He was neat and professional. He also was very fast. The whole job only took about 3 hours.

15 year old garage door opener was failing, so this company came out and replaced it with a 7' chain rail linear, 1/2 hp opener, which is SUPER quiet. The installer did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, although he explained our options thoroughly.

It went great. He called before coming, and was a little earlier than quoted. He also made recommendations for the future. I would use him again.

Previously the wrong springs were used. They were too short, which, is why the motor burned up on this unit. Wear and tear coupled with age had taken it's toll on our unit. Precision was timely, offered a couple different ways we could be back in business. Very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend them.
