Great value for what they did for $99. Our garage door had become loud and after their tune-up it is much quieter. They also were able to recommend quieter garage door openers.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first time I sent an email requesting service, their prompt response to set up an appointment to the installation and collection done by the service person, Blake. He was professional, respectful timely and did everything he could to make this experience pleasant. I would highly recommend this company and if I should have any need in the future I would not hesitate to call them. I am so pleased and satisfied with their service.

Showed up promptly,assessed the status of the door and altho I had purchased a "Big Deal", not all of the repair was covered because the door was larger than standard. So there was additional cost. But I felt it was still quite reasonable and the job was done well. It has been over a year and the door is performing great.

Ryan and Ryan called ahead on the day of the appt to let me know what time I should expect them to arrive. As promised, they arrived on time and were very professional. They explained to me the work they were about to perform as well as performed a thorough evaluation of the garage door operation and made suggestions for me regarding other services I could benefit from. They were very pleasant, were not at all using any high pressure sales tactics and overall, were good representatives of this company. Based on my experience with these gentlemen, I will use Precision Overhead for my future garage door needs

We bought 2 of their tune-up service and roller replacement specials. The technician showed up on time and efficiently performed his work. He was pleasant and professional. Both doors run much more smoothly as a result of the service. Our only negative to the experience is that he pointed out the need for some repair on one of the doors and said he would email a quote, but we have never received anything from him or anyone else in that regard. The service call went just as expected, but the lack of follow-up was disappointing.

I had the company do other things to make the garage door operate more efficiently. The job was completed and the door does.

Initially called Precision located in Clearwater and spoke to someone in service department cannot remember her name. Had a sales person come over and gave me options. He explained the different doors available and gave details of what is available and worked with me to get the best and also gave discount because I am an Angie's customer. Arrangements were made for 9-24 to accommodate my time schedule. Jerry and Jason arrived at promptly at 8:A.M. on the date we agreed on, they proceeded to removed the old 2 car garage door. The new door and waterford glass was installed within 2 hours. They explained how the system works and also programmed my car to open door without the remote.. They did an excellent job and were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with the professionalism of the two young men. I will recommend precision to my friends.

We purchased a Big Deal from Precision Overhead Garage Door which was very timely as the garage door was making a very loud noise. Ryan & Ryan came out and found a screw had fallen out. They fixed it. And then the deal was for rollers and so replaced them and greased evrything. After they left I had a question about the other small garage door and since they were nearby they came back and looked into the matter. How many companies would do that? They were efficient and friendly and did really more than expected. A+

To keep this short all I can say in all honesty I could never recommend them to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They serviced the door about a year ago and it is already rusting in the corner. I had to readjust the door myself and when I did contact them and they said they could not replace the bottom panel that was rusting and that I would have to replace the entire garage door door. -------- They came out and replaced the panel at the bottom of the garage door, they did an outstanding job. Did all of this at no charge.

It went went; servicing technician was friendly, professional, and customer orientated; first explaining options before service and maintenance.

I was very pleased with the service, and technician. I was given a thorough assessment of possible causes of the issue I was having with the unit. Everything was well explained, including pricing, and I felt well informed. Because the problem could have been with the electronic eyes instead of the main board, the technician and I decided it would be worth the risk changing out those sensors instead of purchasing a new unit. The new sensor wires needed to be cut so they could be installed on the older unit I have, so there was a risk that I would have to buy a new unit, which comes with its own sensors, and lose the money I'd spent on the sensors we deiced to retrofit into the old unit did solve the problem. I felt informed enough to decide it was worth taking the risk, and it paid off, as the new sensors did fix the problem, saving me a lot of money. 3 months later, I still have a fully function garage door opener and am about to call again for service on a different garage door unit that now needs some attention. I feel confident recommending Precision Garage Door.

They were prompt, efficient, and the work was done well. Have used Precision before at another house, so we were fine with contacting them again. My door was noisy, but worked fine and I figured we needed new rollers. The technician told me all that was wrong with the door but the cost of replacing was high enough that I could have bought a new garage door. I figured after 10 years the springs might need replacing, so I was not surprised that the technician recommended springs. He said we needed bearings, cable, and parts on the electric door opener. After the technician made a couple of calls to the office the price was reduced considerably (several hundred dollars). I phoned another company and got an estimate over the phone and the new revised price was in line with what I could have hired the other company. We went ahead with Precision however, the pricing back and forth left a bad feeling on my part. They were trying to get more money from us. Also, the other company guarantees their work for 5 years vs. Precision's 1 year. I have no real complaint about Precision. They do quality work. I would not call them again because of the price haggling and the warranty. I cannot give them a negative review because they did the work well, on time and for the agreed upon price. They applied the $100 coupon that I purchased to the repairs. I could have opted to not have anything done, but we have had springs break on a garage door, and were trying to avoid that happening again.

Their technician arrived promptly and did a complete check of my garage door. He programmed the remote in my car as well as the keypad outside the garage. All of the rollers were replaced and lubricated so my door no longer sounds like a moose in heat. He inspected the door and pointed out several things that will need to addressed in the near future and gave me a price if I wanted the work done. Very professional and not pushy at all. When I get ready to do the things he recommended I will definitely call them to perform the work.

Very quick replacing and professional installation.

First of all, I was impressed with the fantastic customer service. I was given a time-frame for my appointment, but Mike (the technician) called me prior to my assigned window of time to let me know the status of his schedule. He then called me when he was on his way and gave me a very accurate arrival time. Mike was very professional and the work was finished within an hour. After inspecting my garage door opener & springs, etc. Mike pointed out a couple of things for me to keep my eye on (not unexpected since my garage door opener was 23 years old - as are all the garage door mechanisms). I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mike and Precision. There was no pressure to have any other work done and I was given a checklist listing his observations. I will definitely call Precision for any future work I need done on my garage door.

The service was good. The technician performed the tune up in a timely manner. The main issue with my garage door the tech was not able to solve, so he refunded me the money for the 2nd door. I appreciate that. I will definitely use them again in the future.
