Description of Work: Removed and installed a new gasket/bottom to garage door and lubricant to chain. sounds so much better! While performing maintenance discovered rollers needed replacing so requested them replaced. He took the time to show me what was needed and why. I appreciated the explanation.

Description of Work: I was told the motor unit would need to be replaced with a .75 motor unit ( this turned out to be $369). He kept adding things to it . i.e. a bottom seal that came to $140 for a piece of rubber that was screwed on to bottom of the door. I'm not sure what the16' 10"galvanized shaft @ $ 135 was for. The 16" reinforced strut was $120. When he was quoting items I asked for an itemized list and was told not to worry about it because he would email it to me with all the details when he finished. There was a reprograming fee of $39.95 for the remote. I asked him how to do it and he had to read the instructions to me as he did it but for that same fee if I ever needed it done again they would be glad to come out and do it for me at that price. That took less than 5 minutes to do with both my car and the remote entry pad. I'd advise the next person to get at least a 2 estimates and make sure everything in the estimate was in writing and each item detailed as for its purpose and necessity. Items just kept adding up .
