I purchased it, and they called me the next day and scheduled my appointment. The service techs arrived promptly, and completed the job quickly. Everything was very professional.

Serviceman had left a "codder pin" off & we had to hold the bracket in place with a large paper clip until he could come back out 12-31-13. No apologies but pleasant.

Description of Work: Very aggressive in trying to do more. Tried to get a copy of the work that was done, but it was all on the computer. Had to call the office to get a copy of the work. I am still waiting for an estimate on another job that should be done, but have not received it as of yet. Was not on time promised about 45 minutes later, but did get a call. I think someone should follow up on the job done.

Description of Work: When something is completed...I forget about it...unless there is a problem. That is why I cannot furnish details, all I remember is something was replaced, and is now working. I always use Precision, never the same repair needed. You won't regret using Precision. If you want your door to work .......again........call them! My goodness, I sound like an advertisement, don't I?

Description of Work: Came for roller replacement and estimate of further work. Since he had the time and the equipment to do so, Matt ended up replacing most all components on our 20 year old door at the same visit. (I thought it might require another appointment) It is now light as a feather and quiet as a mouse! I am very pleased!
