Description of Work: He was on time and very helpful; however, the offer was to replace rollers and other services like that. I just needed an adjustment, but it cost me $89 anyway. There was an ad for adjustments and oiling, etc, the following week for $39. I felt that I was overcharged. They contacted me and sent me a check for the whole amount, and I sent a check back to him for 39$. Very nice of him to honor the 39$ that was comparable to the work.

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door tune up for $89. Ended up having the springs done as well after discussion with the tech that came to the house. It was not a hard sell at all and was totally my decision to have more work done. The tech was fantastic! He let me watch and ask a million questions. I even tried to help pick up some parts and tools but he wouldn't let me due to liability issues. Much higher quality parts and rollers were installed after a thorough exam of everything. The tech even went as far as to remove a fiber box I was no longer using so that my door opener would work from down the street as opposed to only being useable from immediately in front of my garage door. I am extremely happy with the service and parts and will definitely call this company again.

Description of Work: I needed my garage door opener serviced. The technician inspected the mechanism and made several recommendations for repairing the problem. I opted to replace the door opener and the springs on the door. It was more expensive than I expected, but I now have a smoothly operating door opener that is much quieter than the previous one. I am extremely pleased with the result and the work that was done.

Technician was punctual and repaired broken opener and changed contact points on 2 wall mounted opener switches. Good work but cost was on the high side. To be fair, I don't know what someone else would have charged me for the job so I don't have a real comparison. Would use again.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with our garage door which was installed by Percision many years ago (before we owned the home). Called and scheduled the garage door tune-up. The service tech checked out our door, the seal around the door and the opener and showed us what was causing our problems and discussed solutions. It was great to have someone who didn't just come in and do something that was not going to be helpful just for the money. We followed his suggestion and the door works great now!
