Called PODS, The girl was very rude and said, I will have to call my manager, really? She said she didn't know ! Movers came at 3:00, Still no PODS . Called again, same answer. At 4:00, called again. We will try to get hold of the driver, really? Did they just buy a phone? Movers still there. At 4:45 a driver called and said he would be there in half hour! My movers were scheduled or 2 hours They had to leave. The POD arrived 5:20! I had to get a room 90 $ dinner for 2 40$ and pay 260 for the movers to come back! When I called PODS, their answer was: Sorry, didn't you read the small print? No, we won't reimburse you! When I asked for their address, I was told, they couldn't give out that information, really? I found the headquarters right nearby! I am going there tissue week with my bills And tell them how unprofessional their people are. AND I better get my money back. They were 4 hours past their "window"

It was a great service. They really worked with me when I had to change dates. They were remarkable.

Well You move it into the POD And it Leaves And then you call it to the new Home and Remove It . DONE !!!

Indirectly when my kids moved, because I live in central Florida and they lived in Fort Lauderdale, I was checking moving companies and things like that, and we ultimately went with PODS, not out of the Tampa area obviously it was out Fort Lauderdale area. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It was a nightmare. They could not locate our POD; it was just a mess. The contract and everything is done online and I understand that, but UPS and FedEx they have tracking, so does the United States Postal System. If you had a tracking number then at least you could go online and see where was POD was, so that it was making the necessary advancements. It was picked up on February 5th from Fort Lauderdale and was not delivered until February 16th, and we did not even know where it was. Not only that I lost a plane ticket because I had to reschedule going up there to help them move and I lost that revenue, also when I got up there we were not even sure that the two days before that when I got there they did not still even know where it was. My daughter-in-law, who has the patience of job on the phone, their comment to her was "it will get there when it gets there." On the contract it said that it would be delivered between five and seven working days, whereas it was picked up on Monday the 5th, we were estimating that it would be right around the 12th or 13th at the most. Like I said I had to rearrange my plane ticket because I did not even fly again until the 13th and it still was not there. Those next three days we were on the phone. Finally at that Friday night, which was the 15th of February, at around 6:30 in the evening they finally called and said that the POD would be delivered the next day. Well in the city of Rochester you have to have a permit to be able to drop it either on your driveway or the street or whatever and as we did not know when it was coming in so we could not go to the city to get the permit, as it turned out we were able to put in a parking lot about a half a block away and we had to move their furniture from a half a block away. It is like they must contract or subcontract with different drivers because what happened was from the 5th until the 10th that POD was sent from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and it sat there for five days, no body ever moved it. You cannot do that and expect people to be happy with them. Regarding price, had everything gone as it should have the price was not bad, but it was not a positive experience.

Pods delivered a container to my home so we could stage it for sale. We needed storage for about 4 months as we were building our new home. The service was incredible. Paula at the PODS call center was fantastic. The container was delivered right on time on a Saturday morning. We took about a week to load it up, and then it was taken to their storage center. We loved the fact that we were able to access the container while it was in storage and as we have been buying things for our new home, we were able to just go to the Pods storage center and put it right into the container. The storage center is climate controlled but more importantly it is HUMIDITY controlled so we didn't have to worry about Florida's humidity. The driver who delivered the pod was very nice, and very professional. The podzilla lift kept the container level, and a few of the neighborhood kids got a big kick out of watching Brigette (the pods driver) move that thing around. We weren't there when they picked it up, but when we accessed the container a few weeks later, (and several times thereafter) everything was exactly how we loaded. Not a single thing was out of place. Overall, our experience with Pods has been great and I would refer them to everyone. Because we staged our home, we were able to sell it in 8 days. Most homes for sale in my neighborhood take 30 to 45 days to sell.

They were prompt, courteous, and reliable.

The equipment was good and clean enough. There was a little disconnect between the sales and operations people. The sales people tell you that there will be a window of delivery, but then they say hey nudge nudge you'll be the first on the list because you're doing this pretty far out so they'll be there at 8. But then with the confirmation call when they tell you when they are arriving and picking up it didn't quite match up. I will say they did pick up much earlier than promise but we weren't done loading so he did come back and gave us another 2 hours so we could finish. It could have been a problem but he took care of us.

We contacted PODS for our move from CA to FL. The move involved two individual homes in CA being moved into our home in FL. Since the close date on our FL house was moved many times, we had to keep calling PODS to change the dates for them to pick up the POD and for the delivery here in FL. They were always pleasant, told us it wasn't a problem, there was no charge and they were happy to do it. We called the day before we got to FL to ask them to move the delivery date up a day for us. Again they said no problem even though it was a Saturday delivery. When we got to our new house, the POD was already here waiting for us. We packed it ourselves and even with our amateur skills, nothing was broken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PODS to anyone moving. The pickup was handled by their office in Hayward CA and delivery by the office in Clearwater FL.

Delivery was fine, on time as scheduled. The POD is fine. What isn't fine is being double billed! They charged both my credit card and cashed my check, and can't seem to find anyone who can help me get a refund. I've been transferred repeatedly to voicemail after calling 4 times and going through their stupid convoluted phone menu system. With this kind of service the first week, I would not consider using them for anything at all. The POD goes back as soon as we are finished with it, and we will not use them for anything else.

It went very well. Using the Pod was easy, convenient, fast, and not a bad price overall. We would use them again. We even thought that the access was limited at the one house yet the pod driver had no trouble at all.

IT WAS A VERY EASY SERVICE. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND WE HAD NO DIFFICULTIES WITH THEM. THE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE.
