 + -1 moreI get free oil change. I am not sure if they should get an A or not sometimes I feel like I have had to wait longer than normal but they've been very kind and obliging. It seems fine. They've been pretty good though. Probably just a little quicker waiting time when you are waiting for your vehicle.

 + -1 moreI wish their service was more prompt. I'd scheduled an appointment and sat in their waiting room for almost an hour. I went out to check on things, and they hadn't even brought my car into the bay yet. When I brought the issue up to the service manager, he seemed indifferent. I called him from my house, and he never called me back. The service is always good, but because of the promptness issue, I won't be returning.
Description of Work: This was our mechanic. We've been using them for 18 months. They worked on our 2011 Kia Sorrento. The most recent was for an oil change and general maintenance.

 + 0 moreI get free oil changes for life from them. The service department is good although sometimes they seem to take a little longer than you think. However, it's across from the mall and they have a shuttle service to take you to the mall, so you don't have to sit in the dealership for couple of hours waiting.

 + -1 moreThese guys are professional, courteous and always on their game. I hated dealerships before purchasing my car here and now I'm totally sold on what they do and how they do. So much so, in fact, I took my mother there to buy her new car! L-O-V-E these guys.

Description of Work: I went to Lokey to get an estimate of my car for a trade on a 2011 Optima. The salesman showed me the car I had in mind but told me that unless I said that I was wiling to buy today, Lokey would not give me an estimate on my car. He then told me that I should go elsewhere and get a written estimate and bring it to them so that they could beat it. This is the third time I have gone to Lokey to buy a car and, as usual, they talked me out of it.
