Excellent in all ways

Duane, Ladon, and Robert were very good at what they do. They gave excellent customer service. They worked well together and were fast. I would highly recommend them. They were affordable and worked hard.

I will start by saying I harbor a lot of the blame for using a company that does not use contracts. First, they showed up 2 hours late and had I not called to check, I doubt I would have been notified. But here are the highlights: 1. They showed up with a truck too small and I had to pay for two trips, in spite of having much less stuff to move than I had gone over in the booking conversation. When I called the owner and told him of the situation and that I should not have to at for 2 trips because he did not plan correctly, he did not care and gave me no break at all. 2. They hire criminals and expect to be robbed. 2 of the 3 men had police records and I only found that out after they stole 2 pieces of gold jewelry that were my father who had just passed away 2 months earlier. They went into a drawer to get this. The police said 2 of them had been recorded but could not go any further. 3. One of them was in my bathroom for over 15 minutes and I am pretty sure was shooting up. On a VERY hot day, he had a long-sleeved button-down and a t-shirt on the entire time and never took it off. He looked very out of it from the moment he got here until the moment he left. 4. They broke A LOT of fragile items that were marked fragile. I had boxes for the garage upstairs in my loft and vice versa. Boxes were all very clearly labeled and they just stopped caring at one point. Wrong bedrooms, kitchen and garage items upstairs, etc. 5. Do not expect any help from the owner or manager. They simply did not care. Period. When I called the manager to tell him I was robbed by his employees, he sarcastically said you left the jewelry in the drawer, as if I should expect to be robbed b doing so. The thing is, I had no good jewelry; all silver and costume. My father had just passed away and honestly forgot I had anything of value to even put away. 6. I was closing on my home the next morning and asked the owner to hold my check until I received the proceeds. He agreed. He deposited the check that night and overdrew my account. Think twice and then a third time before hiring this company. I have moved many times over the years and this was hands down, the absolute worst experience I ever had.

3 movers arrived on time. They got the job completed in 3.5 hours including a 45 min drive to the new place. Truck was fully packed and no damage. Nice guys and definitely recommend.

All I needed was to move new vanity into condo very small job and they took job when others refused , very reasonable were on time and completed. I also live in Chicago and was able to have a friend of mine meet them with vanity. Would definitely use them again. Wesley was great from time he called back to actual job was 2 days Thanks again

They did a good job. They were quick and wrapped my furniture well so that there were no dings or scuffs or anything like that. I would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were awesome. We have three stories with a lot of the furniture being on the third floor. They worked hard the entire time. Plus, they were personable. We enjoyed working with them, but it didn t distract them from the work. I highly recommend them!

They were so great! Quick and efficient. Dave and Wesley helped coordinate everything. Buddy and Robert?? I think were the names of the guys who helped us pack our pod so nicely. We were worried it wouldn’t fit but these guys are a pro and packed our pod so nicely! We even have enough room for a lot more boxes! Thank you so much for all these guys do and especially helping us move back home with so much ease!
