Excellent work. Fast and respectful of large heavy item and property. They even helped to place the hot tub. Very cost effective. Would hire again!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We used this company for a local move. They broke several of our items, 2 of which they repaired. One item, due to its complexity, was unable to be repaired. When asked to replace this item, they refused and pointed to a document they hurriedly placed in front of me to initial after the truck was 1/2 loaded with our furniture. Apparently this portion states they will pay 60 cents per pound for any damage. Had i known this in advance, i would not have hired them. This valuation is very minimal. They should have insurance to cover replacement value of what they move and clearly break. They say they already paid more than the value in repairs to 2 other items and offer no reimbursement for the 3rd. They arrived after noon on a saturday, and while the movers were friendly, they worked well into the night and were clearly exhausted.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Couldnâ t have asked for more.

Initially, everything was great. Working with Deven was fantastic. On the moving day, I received a call letting me know the guys were on their way. Upon arrival the one helper came to the apartment, checking things. He was quite chatty and wasting time, he was slow to get going...on my dime. Once all loaded up, a trip that should have been no longer than 1 hr 15 min took 1 hr 45 min. I questioned them on that and was told they could not drive any faster than 65 mph and there was heavy traffic and construction. I followed them about 45 min later and had absolutely no traffic or construction issues and that was during the lunch rush on the Turnpike. Unpacking went well until it came time to figure out the bill. The man in charge kept arguing with my husband about the final charges and it turned out he was trying to charge us for the round trip plus another one way, so three stretches instead of two and we also ended up having to pay for their half-hour lunch break. In the end, it was quite disappointing and unprofessional.

These guys were great!! I'd hire them to move China cabinets. I haven't found one item damaged. No goofing off, straight down to business. Always cheerful, with a smile. And things were not all piled at the front door!! Everything was distributed and setup in it's required room. Thanks guys!! Ted

This company went out of its way to assist me with my move both in the starting location and end location. Deven kept in touch with me, helped me find storage, and went over and beyond what someone would be expected to do. He was honest in his dealings and walked me through every step of the processs. His men are professional, courteous, and patient. They assisted with minor changes in the end location and were wonderful to work with. I would hire them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Did not come with tools to put together bed frames

I have moved 4 times in three years. This is the best experience period. Very professional and treated my stuff as their own.

Liberty Moves in Orlando did a great job of completing our move from Illinois to Florida. In Illinois, we arranged for U-Boxes to be brought to our home. We packed our home, filled the U-Boxes and U-Haul shipped them to Orlando where they were stored until we found and purchased a home in Titusville. When we were ready to have them delivered to Titusville U-Haul wanted over $1700 to take them to the house! (Over 1/2 the cost of shipping from Illinois) I contacted Deven at Liberty Moving. Deven was very professional and clearly explained what they had to offer. After securing a date for the final portion of our move, our closing date got moved forward. As soon as I learned this, I again contacted Deven and he was also able to reschedule and move our move-in date forward with no hassle. On the move-in date, Spenser, Greg, and Francis showed up within the two hour scheduling window we had been given. It was pouring rain, making the truck ramp too slippery to safely move our goods onto the truck. However, we were able to provide the truck access to back into the storage area, out of the weather, and moving began. Spenser, Greg, and Francis were very professional, explaining everything and answering questions, treating our goods with care, loading the truck compactly and with care, and unloaded into our home into the rooms I had designated on the boxes (asking if there were any questions). The team worked well together, communicating well between themselves and us. They were well trained and careful with our belonging. Each team member had a great attitude and kept the atmosphere light and jovial which greatly helped alleviate our "moving day stress." For Liberty Moves to do all this came in less than $1000 plus the additional insurance costs we decided to take. We learned that it would have probably been no more costly and less stressful to have our furnishing moved professionally from the beginning of our move. We definitely recommend Liberty Moving of Orlando and there moving team of Spencer, Greg, and Francis for your move and will seek them out if we ever need there services again.
