The job went smoothly and took a total of about 2 weeks. Ryan qualifies as more than a handyman and Sharon, his wife, is the "behind the scenes" organizer. They are both courteous, professional and very personable. The work was done exceptionally well and each day before he left, Ryan would leave our home with the work area cleaned and organized. Ryan was happy and eager to share ideas on how to save money but get the same end results. Where he came up with a problem, like having to re-route the dryer vent around a girder truss, he would find a viable solution. Overall, we are very satisfied with Paradise Handyman Services and would highly recommend them.

It went great. I was so happy that someone actually showed up and gave me an estimate. Prompt, courteous and reliable. Would hire him anytime I am ready to do the repairs.

Ryan was extremely qualified, professional and prompt. Also gave us some information on other projects we are considering. Will definitely hire again. A pleasure to work with!

The gentleman they sent was very professional. He did really great work and cleaned up well after himself.

Had set up an appointment from our home in Massachusetts for our home in Florida. My wife wanted curtain rods hung up and a couple of minor things done in our house. Ryan arrived at the time promised and went right to work. he did everything which she wanted done and did it in a professional manner. He spent two hours at our home, no time was wasted by him in doing his job. Cannot say enough good things about Ryan and the quality of his work. Have recommended him to friends in the area, and would use him again if I needed his services.d

It was only a loose screw that he tightened and he did it for free! They are accommodating!

He came on time and I have no more problems with water going under my pool. He did a fantastic job.

I am very satisfied with his work but he has been called in for jury duty. He is great and I will use him again in the future.

Several months ago, a friend sent out a blanket e-mail about Brian of Handyman Services, about how good he was, reliable, and reasonably priced, etc. I recorded the information for later reference because this same friend had previously recommended a service that we felt was really, really good. Our all-copper mailbox became unusable, so I ordered a large mailbox as replacement. Because of the design, my husband was unable to install it on the post. So, I phoned Handyman Services. Brian stopped by, took the bronze box with him as the box required that the special plate with our house numbers on it to be glued and attached with screws before the box could be attached to the post. He came and installed the box, which looks great, and moved the large brass numbers downward on the post so that the box could be secured by wood on both sides. He also replaced the ballast in a fluorescent light. He made a quick repair on a leaky kitchen faucet, made a recommendation for us to use silicone sealer around the sink and he got my garbage disposal working again. We talked to him about a small remodeling project in one of the bathrooms, so we will definitely be having him return.He is absolutely wonderful, does quality work, and provides excellent service with a smile. I, too, will be sending out his name and number to everyone on my local e-mail list.

Ryan arrived on time and immediately solved the problem with our Jacuzzi tub. The dishwasher had a broken electrical connection. Ryan solved both problems and even took the time to check our windows which were not opening properly. Another contractor wanted to charge us 750.00 to fix the windows but Ryan showed us how to fix our "broken' windows ourselves with a little silicon lubricant. We will definitely be using them again for all our household issues.

I was using them for the first time. I have a two-story house that had turned green, and they did a lot of scrubbing. Two people came out and worked for five hours. They moved the furniture off the lanai. They were conscientious and did a very good job. I had paid only half the price last time, but my house started turning green in three hours. I plan on having them again to do some little work for me.

He provided very good service. He was very accommodating and very pleasant. His price was right. He was informative as well so I would have a better understanding of how it worked.

They came out and did a wonderful job and were clean. The whole job was done in just a day. The price was very cheap as we also had a coupon from Angies list. The quality of work was great and they were prompt in time. We would definitely use them again in the future because they were very very good.

(see above) Ryan will make a new cabinet shelf in his shop and return to install it. That work will cost an additional $85.00 - worth every penny.

Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable, his fees are reasonable and fair, he even gave us advises on the projects we were working on. We really appreciated Ryan & Sharon's help and we r extremely happy to have found paradise handyman!! We feel like we have a handyman we can rely on in the area since we don't live here full time, it really does help to have a good reliable handyman. Thanks again Sharon and Ryan, we will call you guys soon to start our bath room project!

I have used Ryan several times and long as he is in business, I will be a client.

They did a great job and they are coming back again. Their price was pretty reasonable. They were on time and friendly. We had a coupon. They were very responsive.

Overall, don't call anyone else. He's great.

Ryan was on time but called to reschedule a few times. He seemed professional and gave us a reasonable estimate. His ideas made the kitchen remodel really look like it cost double what it did. He doubled my storage space without new cabinets (although he did add cabinets to the kitchen in a very creative way). He took care of everything except the granite countertops. I would recommend Ryan for most jobs. He's always available when you call and if he isn't, he or his wife will call you back timely. UPDATE: At the end of the project, he came up with additional costs that were above what we had agreed on. He said he went above and beyond and expected to get paid for it (tried to charge for a roof repair eventhough it was still leaking after he "fixed" it). He became very angry and threatened to come over and yank out our plumbing. Very upsetting experience - we resolved the problem by meeting him halfway and paying additional monies we had not budgeted for." Also, messed up our telephone lines; they're all dead and so far, he's not responding.

It went well. They did excellent work.

He got about eighty percent complete and stopped working on it. I have been bugging him to get out there and finish the work for about two months. I will not use him again.
