He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with him. He came within about an hour of my call. I would absolutely recommend them.

The price was fair. They were excellent. They were very respectful and very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. We've used them a couple of times.

The shower was clogged and no amount of Drano would flush it clear. Being new to the area, we used Angie's List to find local service providers. Jordan at Next Plumbing took our service call and arrived right on time. He called ahead to let us know he was 10 minutes away and we appreciated that. After snaking the drains didn't help, he had to crawl under the house to cut a piece of pipe out and snake from down there. We also had a piece of rotted pipe under our sink. Much to our surprise the additional work didn't cost too much more. Jordan was knowledgeable, friendly, careful, and didn't rush to finish the job. We'll definitely use their service again.

This was the second of 2 plumbers. The first didn't go well so I went with Next. They came the same day and fixed it all at a price less than what would have been charged by previous plumber.

I Have called next plumbing on Friday around 6:30 pm - just got home from work and found out that my water heater was leaking. Did not expected to have a plumber right away but in 30 minutes after I have called the company the plumber showed up in my house ready to fix my water heater. After checking my water the plumber told me that he cant fix the water heater because it was leaking at the tank. So he had advised me to have new one installed. He did a great job and am very impressed with the work. No extra charge for same day service and after hours service very happy with the company and will definitely used them again.

Their staff made an accurate assessment of all of our issues and presented a timely quote for all services needed.

The provider was courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. I use them regularly. I had to slow flushing toilets that were not functioning consistently. He was able to come in and fix both, and make recommendations for ensuring that it does not happen again.

Don did a great job on all the problems. I could tell he is a highly experienced plumber by the ease and speed with which he loosened and removed the sink stoppers (there was no need to clear out items under the sink) and his ability to get a good seal on the plunger and unclog the toilet in a few seconds. He also diagnosed the disposal problem (rusty disposal, must be replaced) and installed the new disposal. He was very personable and cleaned up all the areas he had worked on although there was little clean-up necessary because he works so skillfully.

I can't say enough good things about Next Plumbing! This is the second time we have used them. We had noticed a pipe from out water heater was dripping. We weren't sure what it was and thought we would keep an eye on it. A couple of days later we had a lot of water coming from the pipe. The bad part was that we were on our way out of town for a death in the family. We shut off the water & gas and went on our way. A few days later when we returned home, the first thing I did was call Next Plumbing. Since it was after business hours, I did leave a message and was pleasantly surprised when I had a call back within 10-15 mins!. The lady I spoke with said someone would be out between 8-10 the next AM (Saturday). It was about 10:10 when Scott showed up. He helped with out last issue (toilets) and we were glad to see him again. After looking at the water heater it was determined it was some thermostat or something that he could replace, but because the water heater was 11 years old, he recommended replacement instead. We had a 50 gal, which he could be by Monday, or a 65 gal at the warehouse. There wasn't much difference in price, so we opted for the 65 because we didn't want to wait. He left to get the new water heater and returned within 1/2. Bad news was there was not a 65 gal (gas) water heater in the warehouse. Good news was he did have a 75 gal. Before he returned he had already called the owner and they had agreed to give us the 75 gal at the 65 gal price. Even though we really don't need that size water heater, we just didn't want to wait. We had already been 24 hrs without showers (because of our drive home) and didn't want to wait another 72 hrs (or more). Because we have a gas water heater (in our garage), there are 2 large concrete poles in front of it. Scott (and another plumber) had to remove the poles and lift this giant water heater onto the rack. I'm so impressed with them. It was one tough job because of the location and the stupid poles. It took almost 4 hours for them to install, but they did a great job. There was one issue, on Tuesday AM. I went to take a shower and thought wow the water is not very hot. It was warm enough so when I got done I went to check the water heater. Sure enough it was not on. I thought maybe the pilot light went out. Right away I called them and left a message (it was early and I thought they might not be open yet). Long story short. They called back and Scott came right back out. He couldn't find any specific reason why it was not working, so reset everything and so far so good now.

First talked to Receptionist in the office on Monday 7/14/14 and she scheduled me for the same day. The plumber showed up in a timely matter. I was very impressed with how quick he figured out the problem with both of our leaking toilets. We have had multiple plumbing companies and neither company was able to repair. NEXT Plumbing is a very fair and honest. I am so happy I have finally found my plumber. I will make sure I recommend them to all of my friends.

We have been using Next Plumbing for almost 5 years and have always had great service. The plumber was at our home within 30 minutes, had the water shut off and had our problem repaired within minutes. The plumber also brought in a vacuum in and cleaned up all the water, he went through the home and showed us how to shut down the water if ever there was an emergency. I cant say enough about this company, they far exceed any company I have ever used in the past. I have recommended this company to many friends as well as my parents and everyone has been thrilled with the professionalism they display.

We have used NEXT three times before. My dad had no hot water on Friday night and he asked me to call my water heater guy. I called and George returned my call within the hour on Friday night. He remembered me and extended the Angie's discount to my dad since I was the one calling. By Saturday at noon the heater was in and my dad was happy with the work they did.

The tech told me I needed a new faucet because it could not be fixed. He quoted me $388. My toilet was leaking slightly and I asked him if he could fix the leak. He said the toilet was too old and it needed to be replaced. he gave me a verbal quote of over $400 to replace it. I then drove him to my moms house so he could check her broken water heater. It was less than 6 months old. He said it needed two new heating elements and quoted me around three hundred dollars to fix them and said there would be no warranty on it if it was fixed by him. Me not knowing any better believed him. He replaced my kitchen faucet and didnt even replace it with a moen faucet like I had before. After he left I noticed it wasn't replaced with a. New moen like he had stated. I called them back and he came back the next day with a moen faucet, and installed it. My mom ended up getting another quote by another plumbing company for her water heater. The other plumber said only one heating element was out and he fixed it for $130 ... I spoke to that plumber and he said he worked by the hour....$85 the hour. Which I was also quoted by several other plumbers when inquiring about the water heater issue after next plumbing came out and we thought they were too expensive. I became suspicious about my faucet and looked at Home Depot. He had put in a faucet costing $130 and charged me $388 to put it in... Absolute thieves, he charged me $250 in labor when he was only here for half an hour. It didn't take him more than half an hour to put it in, and I'm not even happy with the design he put in. I had asked him when he came if I could buy my own faucet and have him install it but he said there would be no warranty on it, and now I think it was just to charge me more for his work. I guess you live and have life experiences and learn from it, but I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone or ever use them again. .......... Wow, all I can say is that what you're stating is very different from the actual experience I had. Your tech quoted me $285 to change out two elements on a water heater. He said there would be no warranty. He didn't know what he was talking about because we had another plumber come out and fix the one element that had short circuited. The other plumber fixed it for $130 and the heater has been fine ever since. Your tech didn't even want to change out the elements, he was pushing us to remove the whole water heater and charge us for a new water heater which would have cost $750-775 is what he quoted. He did not recommend fixing the heating element. He said the heater we had JUST bought was outdated and not any good. Again trying to upsell. I stand by what the plumber told me and maybe you need to have another talk with him because what you are saying is not what happened and is unprofessional. As for my faucet, at no point in time was I told anything about American standard. I had a moen faucet and he said he could replace it with the same thing. I was feeding my infant when he changed the faucet and after he left, I checked the faucet and noticed it was not a moen faucet. I called and yes it was very promptly replaced. The plumber was prompt and nice about the replacement. After I had a better experience with my moms water heater, I felt that I had been misquoted by your company for the water heater, which is when I started doing more research, that was just recently. I saw the same faucet at Home Depot for $130. If it cost you $240 you still charged me $140 for 30-45 minutes of work , which is almost twice as much which the other plumbing companies I called quoted me, they charge a flat fee of $85-90 an hour for all plumbing services. I feel like your tech wanted to just replace everything and sell me a new toilet instead of fixing the current one I have, he wanted to sell me a new water heater when we were able to fix ours for $130.

When first called they came out right away. They fixed it temporarily so we would have hot water. Said they would be back at a time that was convenient for us. We tried to call the plumber direct and had no reply. Once we called the office he was out that day and it was fixed to our satisfaction.

Found a water leak under the kitchen sink over the 4th of July weekend! Why do these things always seem to occur on a weekend? ONLY plumber to return our call on a Sunday was NEXT PLUMBERS. Dave came out and replaced our leaking faucet at a reasonable price, not even mentioning the weekend call. Even gave us a 10% Senior Discount and gave our little dog lots of love and attention when working down on the floor! The faucet and service, friendliness can't be beat! I definitely recommend this company. He installed the nice Moen faucet I wanted!

They respond quickly and do what they said they will do. I have a lot of confidence in them. I used them multiple times.

Called Next Plumbing and they arrived when they said they would and found only that the valve was shut to tightly. They opened the value and said no charge.

Very professional, the plumber took his time. It was a leak under the foundation. He had to dig under the concrete. He found it and took the time to explain to us why it happens, he documented everything for us (since we have to do an insurance claim) he did extra things for us while the glue dried. He went above and beyond for us.

They are about 45 minutes away from me and I had originally questioned how they would be able to get the services done at a price close to what the providers around me will be able to offer. He came back with a bill for $149.00 and I asked to speak with the owner and the guy did the work for free. I felt it was fair to just pay for the service call. I would be reluctant to call again due to the distance. I did not get to speak with the owner but I would have explained I was fine with a service call but not for what was quoted.

He was excellent. Removed the old water heater and the price was good.

They arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do to repair the problem. I was very pleased with the job that they did.
