Description of Work: Power washed our roof, driveway, house sides, and Lanai. Re-sanded driveway and Lanai, re-set four or five pavers and applied a seal coat on all pavers. Three full days of labor and all work was performed as estimated.

Description of Work: Owner, Tim Murphy, and his helper, Phil, helped move my portable spa on my lanai to a different location on my lanai. They pressure washed the lanai, sealed under the spa which had not been done last year when Tim sealed the rest of the lanai, pressure washed the house, walkway payers, and driveway pavers. They are attentive, polite, and professional.
