Was running late for the appointment to give an estimate due to traffic because of an accident called to let us know. Did not try to up sell just supplied a written estimate for the work needed. Son of the owner with a helper came to do the work. Friendly and hard workers. They did not mess around got right to work. Were considerate of the cats which were scared since the work disrupted their nap time. Moved furniture back in place and asked if everything was okay before they left. Paying was quick and esay, e-mailed the receipt. Grout looks better than it has in years. Would use again a very good experience.

These guys are amazing! We hired Rich to clean all our tile floors when we bought our home in March. The floors and the grout were a mess! Rich showed up on time, did an amazing job, and suggested we have the grout color matched to the tile and sealed. Rich's son Chris does that part, and when they were done, the floor looked like new, which we never thought possible. Two months later, still looks new. We get comments from guests that they think we put in a new floor! Both father and son are professional and get the job done quickly. Our highest recommendation!

The service was good and everything went smooth except for the paying over what the written estimate was. At time of completion I showed the estimate and was told it did not include the shower cleaning. The sealer and cleaning was suppose to be $1.00 sq ft based on the Angies list ad, but was charged more at time of completion. The service was good and the guys did a great job. There were a few small spots where the grout was broken out and not filled before the sealer was put on which sticks out a bit.

Everything went as expected and explained at the initial sales call. Rich did a great job explaining the various grout services and which one of his products would work the best for my application. He bought a video demonstration to the initial sales call which helped significantly. His team of employees arrived on time the day of the job. I plan on using its all about grout on future jobs. 5 star rating!!!! It was a great experience.

Our tile and grout are beautiful. They are very professional. Chris is extremely knowledges about the product and after care. The guarantee is for 5 years. Great family run business.

The owner of the business came out to my home and gave me a quote. He arrive promptly as scheduled. Gave me a good price I felt for the work that needed to be done. We set-up a day for him to do the work. Several days later the owner and one of his assistants came and performed the work. Work was started immediately on the tile. They were very careful to cleanup after the work was completed. They did a great job! Looking at the tile afterwards, it would be difficult to see where the tile was repaired. Very professional behavior, friendly and courteous. The price I was quoted is what I paid. No attempt to raise price after work was done. I am very satisfied with the job It's All About Grout did.

From the very beginning, this was an outstanding experience. Rich Gillogly came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our tile, and told us what needed to be done. He explained options, gave us a firm estimate, and was ready to wait for our call. We hired him on the spot. With a helper, he drilled holes along the grout line between the large floor tiles. Then they injected a white glue-like bonding agent under pressure, which flowed to fill up empty areas. (It was interesting to watch!) They cleaned up the work area, and left, to allow the work to dry or set. Three days later, right on schedule, they came and removed old grout, replaced it and repaired some small spots. They chose a color that is so close to the original, one would never notice the difference, unless looking for it. Rich and his helpers clearly knew what they were doing, and were quick and efficient in performing this job. Any time that we are considering doing anything involving tile in the future, It's All About Tile will be the call we make.

The work was top quality. Personnel arrived on time and were very professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Rich Gillogly drilled holes in the grout between the loose tiles. He then injected a rebonding material under the tiles. They are now stable and don't move at all when we walk over the previously bad area. I am really happy because the kitchen is dead center of a whole-house tile area, and retiling the entire house was the next option. Very worth while project.

They hold up to their name exceptionally well "IT'S ALL ABOUT GROUT". I would say EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION in their profession. They are very punctual, do a great job and leave NO mess behind. I would recommend them to any one who want to repair, clean and color seal their tiles and grout.

Richard came out to examine the deck and give us an estimate. He was on time and very professional. Even though the job was small, he agreed to do it. Other contractors wouldn't quote it because it was too small. Stormy weather cancelled the day of repair but Richard called and rescheduled us. He arrived on time, promptly did the repair and cleaned up the work site. Very pleased with his work.

I have waited almost a year to post this Review. I wanted to see how well the work held up. One year later my floors and grout look like the day the job was done! The permanent color seal Acrylic process is great! It does cost a few dollars more but is worth every penny.. In life you get what you pay for. The crew was on time, did a great job, and cleaned up perfectly! I could not have asked for a better job! You must call this company.

The work team was on time, polite, & professional. They explained what they would do and when done gave instructions to clean and maintain the floor and shower area. Overall, a great experience and the areas done look great!

Rich was very professional and prompt to provide an estimate and description of It's All About Grout's services. On the date of service, his crew of three arrived on schedule, politely described what they would be doing, and then got right to work cleaning and scrubbing the tile. When the colorseal was applied, the transformation was amazing - I had previously thought I would replace the out dated tile in a year or so, but seeing how clean and fresh it looked after it was colorsealed, I think I can live with this tile for many years to come! Erica worked on the shower tile - she had the toughest job due to the amount of hard water stains and discoloration on the tile and grout. She was very meticulous and thorough - again the difference was amazing when all was said and done. Unlike many service providers, Rich followed up not only on the date of service but also a week later to ensure I was still happy with the results. I would definitely use It's All About Grout's services again - a very trustworthy, family run business that excels at customer service!!!

They did an excellent job! Arrived on time and got to work. Thoroughly cleaned and recaulked the shower walls and base. The shower looks brand new now! We'll definitely use them again in the future!

From start to finish Rich and his team were excellent. We had three companies come out to quote. Rich with It's All About Grout was the only company to bring color samples to choose from. He was the only one who brought and left literature about the product he uses and cleaning instructions for after the work was done. He was also the only one who could handle the re-grouting needed in the showers. On the day the work was done the team were neat, professional and friendly. Our color choice was discussed again in case we had changed our mind, which we did after discussing it further with them. They worked quietly and efficiently and took great care when moving our things. We were amazed that they got the entire three bedroom condo, including closets, done in one day but they did and the result is beautiful! The new grout color blends so nicely with the tile the whole floor looks brand new. Cleaning is super easy now, just Windex and water, the dirt doesn't stick to the grout like before. A few days after the work was done Rich called to make sure we were happy with the results. In all our years of working with service providers I can count on one hand the few that have followed up after getting paid.

Excellent specialty contractor for grouting issues. Richard is a very "hands on" proprietor, who is obviously proud of the services his company provides. Great product, with very fair pricing.

The entire job went very well. Richard was very professional and came on time or early for the scheduled estimate and appointment. We had a professional tile installer fix hanging shelves in our 2 shower areas and near the ceiling, and didn't match the grout, so the grout around the shelves were very pronounced. We also had caulking all around the tub that was in bad shape, and we had corners that were fixed with caulk and looked very bad. The entire job required caulking, regrouting, and some minor paint. The team cleaned up after themselves, and made my shower areas all look uniform in grout color. If I ever have an issue with my grout in the future - I would use them again.

I called him on a Saturday and he came that same day to give me an estimate. We scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, he was on time, had an assistant with him, got to work, moving furniture, and pretreating the large stone tile that was really dirty(house was a foreclosure), as we had just moved in. Done in less than two hours, two X scrubbing and vacuuming the water. Tile is bright, grout is bright, very happy with the quick response, quick work and reasonable price! Will continue to use this contractor.

I had the provider retouch the grout in one shower area on Feb 3. They did such a good job that I had them come back and do the other tub/shower area, and also had them color the grout on our tile floors. Not just a sealer, but overlaying the existing brown grout with a lighter shade of grout to match more closely with the color of the tiles. They showed up on time, moving any furniture to one side, scrubbing the floors, and vacuuming up the water. Then they started on the grout. They moved the furniture to the other side and finished the grout. They whole crew were all very efficient and knew their jobs and did it with no rest breaks. It took them about 4 hours from start to finish. (After about a 30 minute period when they arrived and accidently locked their keys in their van and had to get it re-opened). Been there, done that!! They helped us move some of the furniture back. They explained how to take care of the floor and the best way to clean it. We are very happy with their work and the finished product. We definitely would recommend this company to others who want a professional, well done, beautiful job of re-coloring for their tile floors. GREAT JOB !!!

The tiles in our shower had small grout lines between them. Some of the grout had fallen out. Mr. Gillogly and a helper re-worked the grout in the entire shower. They did a great job in a couple of hours. We are very happy with the job they did. While he was here, I got an estimate to re-do our other bathtub/shower, too. I also got an estimate to fix a couple of broken floor tile, and we're also going to have him color seal the grout for the entire floor tiles in the house. His estimate for that was very reasonable. He was very personable, knew his job, and explained everything he would do. I will give another review when he has finished color sealing the floor. I would definitely recommend him to others. VERY NICE JOB.

I hired Rich from Its All About Grout after he came to my home and gave me a very informative estimate. After we agreed on a price he went forward with showing me color samples of sealer. After we looked at 3 different colors i decided on a color called Light Coffee. A week later Rich's sons Chris and Nick showed up to preform the sealing process, after a few hours of work they were able to clean my tile back to the original as well as seal my grout all the be uniform. I am very pleased with the experience of working with this company and my 8 year old floors look brand new again. Would recommend this company to anyone!

The grout in our master shower developed some cracks which resulted in water leaking into the adjacent wall. Richard responded immediately to my call, and even though he had previous appointments he made time to quickly come out, provide an estimate, and fix the grout. Once the grout was repaired, his sons returned to color and seal the grout. The end result is that the shower looks brand new and the new grout color is a significant improvement over what was there. Its All About Grout gets my highest marks for responsiveness, value and quality of service. I heartily recommend them.
