Grout Magnificent

Ron was the utmost professional as well as his team. He fit us in for an estimate and cealining and sealing on short notice. They were early for the scheduled appointments and got the work done as promised. I cannot believe the difference in the tile now. It looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Grout Magnificent to a friend.

Guys were in and out doing 575 Sq feet in approximately 3 hrs. Would recommend them to anyone else looking to get a grout cleaned and recolored. Don't know why we didn't do this years ago.

We were concerned because our floor tiles are gloss ceramic and we were afraid they would lose the gloss with any kind of treatment but they came out beautiful. We were also given advice how to keep the floors looking beautiful. Great job-great guys! thanks Chris and Jason.

Amazing results, the owner Ron, worked on my grout and tiles and he and his associates were very professional and take pride in their work and results. My floor all look like new. I will be using them yearly to keep my floors looking always "LIKE NEW"!

Met with Ron Sorenson, owner, who arrived on time and provided free estimate to do all tile floors in our home. We agreed on price and time to start job. Jason and Chris, Grout Magnificent, arrived on time on April 7 and worked diligently to complete most of work by lunchtime. They were confronted with a repair they didn't expect which was discovering more than a few tiles that needed replacement. Chris did the tile work and Jason worked on grout. They had to allow new grouted tiles to dry over 24 hours so they could not complete job. Owner called and scheduled his return trip to complete work the next day. My wife and I are most pleased with quality of work and the professionalism of workers. We recommend Grout Magnificent for any grout restoration job.

We were extremely pleased with the job done by Grout Magnificent. Ron came out immediately after I called for an estimate. We wanted the entire first floor cleaned and sealed ? about 1200 square Feet. The estimate was reasonable. Ron and his team are personable, friendly and professional. They moved furniture carefully and worked steadily and professionally for over four hours. The floors look wonderful. They also explained how best to care for the floor for the future. We are very happy with the result and with Ron.

The team arrived on time and completed the project in 5 hours. They were prompt, professional and gave me tips and advice on how to keep my floor time looking new.

A year and a half later the floor still looks great . The sealer they used protects the floor from stains, even red wine! Ron and team are professional and knowledgeable They are very careful if they need to move any furniture. I highly recommend them.

Met Ron Sorenson at the Ft. Myers Home and Garden show. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that he exhibited. Asked if his company was on Angie's List and he proudly told me that he was and had a very good rating and reviews. A subsequent visit to out home to measure and provide a quote occurred within the next couple of days. Although I considered the price slightly high, I decided to proceed with the work two days later. They showed up promptly on time and within three hours the tile was clean and sealant applied. Our floors have never looked better. All I can tell you is that they did an EXCELLENT job and I am VERY pleased. I would highly recommend this company for your tile needs.

It went well my grout was unclean able Ron made it look like new. They were punctual, professional and clean.

ron and his team did an amazing job! my kitchen floor, bathroom and spare room looked like brand new tile and grout! they were in and out in 2 to 3 hours and my floors were sparkling! I highly recommend them! they are priced fairly but do an extraordinary job! in my opinion you get more then you pay for!!!!! I will use them again and again as needed!!!!!

It went great! Ron was right on time for both the initial visit/estimate and the job itself, which began at 8:30 am. on a weekday. Unfortunately I had to go to work so did not get to see the process, but they were done by about 3:00, and when I saw the result that evening I could hardly believe my eyes --- the before and after were like night and day. Before, the originally white grout throughout the house was still white only where it had been covered by area rugs --- everywhere else it ranged from noticeably dirty to actually black. After, it looked better than new. At the company's suggestion we picked a grout color close to that of the tile (a light tan), and it was definitely the way to go. I still can't believe how clean and new the tile flooring looks and what a dramatic difference it makes in the overall look and "feel" of the house. The only drawback about the job was that I had relatives come over to keep an eye on things while I was at work, and apparently they asked the crew more than once when the work would be done, and the crew in turn felt some pressure to get it done quicker than usual. A few small areas here and there ended up looking like perhaps the crew rushed, but I can't fault them for that as they were trying to be accommodative. Anyway, it was not worth calling them back for, but the moral is ------ don't rush them! (As it turns out, these relatives were also so impressed by the job that they hired Grout Magnificent to do their own house the following week.) Bottom line: the service was absolutely worth the cost, and Ron and his crew are top notch --- I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Grout Magnificent as the name implies did a MAGNIFICENT job! The tile looks brand new. Not only did they clean the tile they also clean the grout and restore it back to its original colors. I am surprised the floors could cleanup so nice - I am scheduling Ron and his assistant to clean 2 more rental condos one in August and one in Sept. Wow! Ron is punctual, professional, and priced fairly for the tedious hard work provided to do a GREAT job. I have had tile cleaned in the past but it never was done this well. I actually hired Grout Magniicent to seal my daughters grout in her recently built home. At first I was suprised at the price (higher compared to others), but once Ron explained the difference in the product and application we decided to move ahead witht he project. Ron and his team were very professional, did a great job and were a pleasure to work with! Since the results were excellent, I hired Ron back to do my own home. Unlike my daughter's floor, our floor has been down since 2001 and it needed some TLC. With the exception of a large dining room hutch, everything in four rooms was moved and all grout, including closet areas was cleaned and sealed right up to the baseboard moldings. The results were nothing short of fantastic, and to say the floor looked like new is an understatement! Aside from doing a great job, Ron took the time to recommend alternative cleaning solutions which will extend the life of the sealer. I'm confident that our floor will look great for years to come. I hope to remember to log back in after a year or so to update other members with our results.

Called Grout Magnificent and talked to Ron who came out to give us a price to do the work. He showed up exactly when he said he would today with his partner Chris. Two finer men you couldn't ask for. They took great care with our things and worked very efficiently. They did as their name says, an, ( Magnificent job ). Very impressed to say the least. We are all tile except the bedrooms which are laminate. They came at 9 am and were finished around 1 or so. Ron gave us a choice of several colors but we took his recommendation which matches the tile just perfect.

Ron made the whole process very easy. We received a free estimate of how much the work would cost and when he could complete the work. He completed the work much faster than anticipated and we were able to use our kitchen the same day the grout was cleaned and sealed. What I really liked about this company is that Ron, the Owner, came to my house to give me a free estimate and he was also the person who came to my house to perform the work. It was nice to have an owner who has a hands-on approach to his business. What usually happens is you get a crew of people you have never met coming into your home to perform the work. Ron was there every step of the way. Great work at a fair price....thanks Ron!

I cleaned and removed objects on the floor in the kitchen and kitchen closets. The next day they treated the floor, let it dry, sealed it. Total time was approx. 2 hours as I recall. I was instructed to not cook or trek through the kitchen until the sealant had dried; approx.. 24 hours. However, I waited 48. They left a floor cleaner designed for this type of floor treatment. I can also use it on the other floors throughout the house.

We called Ron to have the grout in our shower repaired. He sent us his grout man Nick & we were very pleased with the job . GREAT JOB NICK! We have & we will continue recommending Grout Magnificent .

Ron came to our home for a job estimate to clean the tile. We chose him over other estimates because his process was more than just cleaning, It was a refurbishing not just a cleaning. Our floors were 8 years old & they look better than new. He provided cleaner to extend the "sealing" of the grout along with spot replacement sealer if needed. I will refer friends & family to him.
