I was able to change carpet color next morning no problem. They demolished existing tile and installed all within 2 weeks. It looks beautiful.

Description of Work: Worked with Chuck on my carpet installation and tile purchase. The entire process went flawlessly.

Description of Work: The total service was very good from beginnning to end. Jeff measured our residence and had three samples ready when we visited the store. His observations and advice were very helpful. Each sample mirrored our furniture and other amenities. Our final choice was based on a combination of appearance, value and practicality. The installation crew arrived on time with exactly the carpet we selected. We cannot praise their performance enough. They carefully took apart the beds, stored everything neatly before they thoroughly removed the old carpet and pad in phases and installed the new. The new carpet was very well installed. The crew was hard working, friendly, courteous and above all they knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional. We have now had a number of weeks to evaluate the results. We are very pleased. The carpet is good looking and the installation was done with little fuss and at a competitive price. We had gone to a number of carpet stores before selecting Floor Mart so we had a good sense of the market. Incidentally the customer comments in Angie's List had a good deal to do with our including Floor Mart in our carpet shopping in the first place. Description of Work: Having read all the positive reviews of this company on Angie's List, I walked into the showroom and announced "You guys better not disappoint me! You've got a fabulous reputation." We all laughed and Jeff (the salesman) proceeded to live up to my expectations. Within half an hour we had picked out the carpet we wanted, learned that it was in stock and arranged for the installation. By Wednesday noon, we had beautiful, plush new carpets in our bedrooms. The installers (Edwin, Jose and Johnathan) were efficient, careful and courteous. I gave each one a fat tip for the splendid job they did and even persuaded them to take some of my fruitcake with them. I know. Fruitcake. Ugh. But, no. Mine really is good, not like the awful stuff of Christmas legend. As soon as they left I called Jeff to tell him how delighted I was and emailed Nick (the owner) to tell him. Nick wrote back almost immediately to say that Angie's List had been very good to him and that his father had told him years ago, "Be good to your customers and they will be good to you." I

Description of Work: I was extremely happy with the service from Floor Mart. I had contacted them via email thru Angies List and received a return phone call the next business day. The staff was very friendly an helpful when I visited the store and was shown several possibilities. I compared the price and quality to Home Depot, Lowe;s and Dalton Ga and Florr Mart in much lower..The installers punctual and did a awesome job. They even moved furniture in one roomj I would highly recommend ths company and wouldn't think twice before using them again.

Description of Work: Carpet installation Great experience from visit to their showroom to final installation. Went in just to look, no high pressure but gave very thorough info on options for carpets. Did not try to just sell us the most expensive carpet but found out what we wanted and really needed. Generous with samples to take with us as well. Installation crew was right on time and they did a great job in moving the furniture out, getting carpet out and replacing the furniture. Two rooms and they were done in less than two hours.

Description of Work: I live in a double wide mobile home in Florida for part of the year. We have been in the home since 2005 and the carpet was old then. I had been thinking about replacing it since then because it got to the point that even after using a carpet cleaning machine, it still looked dirty and worn. I decided to replace the dining area carpet and the linoleum kitchen floor with Pergo. I have Pergo in my northern home and after 15 years it looks brand new and is easy to care for. I had frieze (not sure of the spelling) carpeting put in the bedrooms and living area. I am thrilled with the result particularly with the wood floor. The workmen were very professional, were r and did an excellent job. They did a great job of moving all the furniture that we couldn't. They did the wood floor one day and the carpet the next. The only "surprise" was the price. The original estimate was $1900.00. This was before the estimator came out to measure and my estimates were very close. However the job ended up being $2700.00. Most of this was due to an expansion of the wood floor down the hall and quarter round matched to the Pergo and not plain white moulding.
