Sunbird Properties came out to trim 4 of my overgrown trees and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. Family business run the way business "used to be run"! They call you back, prompt estimates, show up On Time, clean up is amazing( couldn't even tell they were there the yard was closed clean) They call and confirm appointments, sent pictures to us afterwards since we were out of state AND we got a handvwritten Thank You note for our patronage! Very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional. We've dealt with So Many problem companies in Springhill area from not answering their phones, wont return messages and constant No Shows that this company was just a dream to work with. Sunbird Properties Maintenance, LLC went above and beyond with us! Our property had been left unattended for a year before we moved in and the trees and privacy hedges were completely out of control. Thank goodness for this company. They were a delight to speak with, provided a great estimate, and their crew did an an exceptional job! They truly went above and beyond. Every neighbor has complimented us on the work. We are so thankful and will be hiring them for all future projects.

I was very happy with this tree company but unhappy with my experience with Angi/homeadvisor. I was supposed to recieve a $200,00 discount from a plumbing job I had done and have asked that they put it toward the tree job and never heard anything about it and it was not applied to that job
