The experience was totally positive. The sales person was knowledgeable, professional and saw the project thru to completion and satisfaction. The installers were on time and cleaned up after the installation. I had a problem with the inside noise of the return which they worked on by ordering and installing a new return grate and then changing the filter from inside to outside which completely resolved the situation. I am totally satisfied with my experience.
