One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Bradenton

We had a repair completed in August by another air conditioning company. They recommended a repair that would have cost an additional $3,100. After 3 phone calls to the other company and no response, we received a flyer in the mail for Southern Comfort One Hour. We contacted Southern Comfort One Hour and agreed to a maintenance contract. The technician recommended we consider a new air conditioner. We agreed and the meeting with their sales professional was great. He offered a system with a great warranty, efficiency rating, and air cleaning system (Both my wife and I have allergies). In addition, the price of the system was a great value and they installed it the next day! The installers noted some inefficiencies in the duct-work of the old system and corrected them to improve the airflow of the new installation. Great work and very professional staff.

They installed our a/c when the house was built and have serviced it ever since. They have helped lengthen the life of our system. Every tech has been awesome, don't sell you what you don't need and this winter when we look at a new system they will be our first call. Comfort club is a great value,

All went well, though the inspectors required by city authorities still have not certified anything. Kick some butt at North Port city hall.

Excellent job, they worked until it was in which was no easy task. There were a few probIems but they came right out and fixed them. I do feel they are a little pricier than others.

They needed the money/job so they did actually show up the estimate. Rick was the nicest guy in the world and then disappeared and never returned a call after we opted to go with them. This was very frustrating and they attempted to charge us $235 for 2 floor grates that cost less than $20 online. We cancelled that part of the project as he never called back. The workers were nice guys were no prepared with the equipment to cut holes in the tile floor and I had to lend my tools to get the job done. The holes cut were oversized and now I have fix their job.

All technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I can applaud the follow up service to ensure my HVAC system was working properly. I also appreciated the extra information, explanation, and demonstration of key points for regular maintenance and monitoring.

This company is very professional, from the salesman to the young fellows that installed the unit. Everyone was on time and finished when they said they would.
