Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

The last and final time we used them, we had to have them return to complete the job. Prices were on the high side compared to similar services and the service was average.

Said they used something that resisted dirt and would make cleaning last longer--it didn't. Their work was o.k., but not spectacular. They cleaned windows inside and out. The price was all right, but I have had better jobs at cheaper rates.

Scott arrived on time and took the time to talk to me and see just what all I wanted done. He got to work and did a great job! I will definitely use them again. I found them on a special on Angies List!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. My only hesitation is that I did not have as many windows as was advertised but I still paid the full price and I have been told on the phone that they would adjust the price according to the number of windows that were cleaned. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. Regarding the price, I do not know if they had control over the price, they said that because it was on Angie's List that they had to go with the full price; that is what the fellows that were here at the house said. Their quality was fine. They were here right on time.

The coupon said 24 panes and for windows that have upper and bottom they charge you two panes for that. I had 32 panes and there would have been additional cost, I was not willing to pay.

They raised the price the 2nd or third time we used them from 100.00 to 169.00. After we used them they continually called us to provide the service again even after I told them several times I would call them when and if I wanted the windows cleaned again.. These are the two reasons we will not use them again.

Very courteous and punctual. Took advantage of the deal; would not pay full price for the service. think it could be competed at the full price.

Have used Sabrinas in the past and was very satisfied with their performance. A very nice young man appeared at 9AM, started working and worked continuously until 11:30. No obvious coffee breaks. Everything looks great. We're very satisfied. We didn't price-shop but $190 seemed reasonable for the amount of work and quality.

It was pretty basic. There were no unusual problems of any kind. The individual was pleasant and did a good job. I checked everything before he left including that the screens were put back on correctly and I did find any problems. In my opinion he did a professional job at a reasonable price.

They washed all windows including lanai and 3 sliding doors. The man did a pretty good job but never having someone else do windows I'm sure was too high or not. Yes I probably would have them do it again unless I get a recommendation from someone else.

They did the windows and doors on the outside and they are due back in February of 2014 to do inside and out.

To the best of my recollection, Sabrina's is the only company I have hired to work for us on the basis of a "cold call" which they made to us in 2008 or 2009. The actual job was carried out by a couple who had their own company, but were working in a cooperative arrangement with the company about which you enquired. This couple are intelligent, friendly, on time, thorough, fast, fairly recent newcomers from somewhere in Great Britain. We used them repeatedly for about 2 years and when they left Sabrina to work only for their own company, Washandglow LLC., we stayed with them, and have stayed with them since. It would have been difficult not to - we enjoy having them here personnally, they do a great job, and offered us a slightly less expensive price than the one we had from Sabrina's. I can't really compare the 2 companies because now I don't remember whether we actually ever experienced cleaners from Sabrina or whether Jon and Kat were our only connection to Sabrina's. So Sabrina may also be a great company - as, judging from my conversations with them on the phone, they certainly sound organized, professional and competent. To repeat, our window washing is done by Jon and Kat, owners of Washandglow LLC, 239-384-0298. A GREAT FIND, and we hope they never leave the area.

Washed all (16) windows inside and outside, all sills and screens. Great job

All exterior windows and an interior mirror. Have used Sabrina,s |for the last 5 years.

They have been doing our windows since around 1997 when we first moved here. They have raised their prices, but it has always been within reason. We request the same two men each time. They are very professional and do a great job. I like the fact that they call about every six months as a reminder. They always arrive on time and complete the job quickly.

Everything went as expected, the work was completed in a timely fashion, the cleaner was friendly and professional, and the windows were beautiful at the end.

Cleaned selected windows on the outside of the house as instructed. Technician was very polite and professional.

Washed windows. Didn't get the corners and some were streaked.

Cleaned all windows, transom and sliders inside and out using a squeegee. Removed, cleaned and replaced all screens. Wiped window sills clean. Total time it took was about 1 1/2 hrs. Very satisfied with the service.

I have them approximately every 4 weeks and Rob does an amazing job.

3 sliding glass doors, 11 med. windows and a 3-sided glassed-in patio - all on a 1 story ladder. The tech took care removing screen and returned all back in place. He did a fantastic job. . My only nit is that the company does not assign the same person (I've asked). I would prefer that the same person be assigned.

The men arrived on time--even a little early, which was convenient for me. They were pleasant, professional and asked what I expected them to do. I explained, the inside of the windows did not need cleaning--just the outside and the lanai. We went over the details and they got right to work. When finished, they asked if all was satisfactory. We looked at all they had done. It was all that I could have wanted.
