Chris, the service person ended up arriving several hours later than scheduled, but he called twice to let me know he was running late and then to let me know exactly when he'd arrive. He was totally professional, easy to talk with, He completed everything in a little less than 2 hours and worked the entire time he was here. He was careful to not track dirt on floors when he worked inside, and cleaned up the little dirt his shoes left on the back entryway. I'm totally pleased with the service I received and would definitely use Sabrina's again. I would also recommend them to my friends.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they would, did a good job and when I pointed out some things to them they were happy to fix them without a question. The price was good and it was money well spent. The time he spent on the job would have taken me twice as long and I did not have the time so it was great.

No streaks. No fuss. No bother. They did inside and out. Came the day after I called.

They were very professional and did a great job. I have used them in the past and will use them again. They even did my shower windows. My house is about 2000 sq ft. and we have many big sliders. I think the price was very fair.

Cleaned inside and out of all of the windows, sliding glass doors and doors with windows. Total number of windows was 7, 10 sliding doors and 2 sets of doors. They also took the screens out, cleaned them and reinstalled them. The price also included a special product that helped to keep them cleaner longer. |The man was professional, courteous and helpful. He also was efficient. He even pointed out a spot on our double pane window indicating a flaw. We alerted the window company who replaced it.

They did a rush job and did not do the garage window, messed up the screens and window sills. Will not use again!

Cleaned windows and screens on second floor coach home.

One man came and took off all the screens on all the outside windows and cleaned the outside of the window; then he came in and cleaned the inside of the windows. He also cleaned glass sliding doors and windows in the lanai. He was here for about 2 hours and worked efficiently and friendly. Previous times there were two people and they were women. Also efficient and friendly. It was a good experience.

Generally the gentleman (who billed himself as a foreman) and his assistant did a very good job on the glass. However, I let him talk me into cleaning our acrylic lanai sliders and the plastic is now marred by many fine scratches. He claimed that his standard cleaning product would not harm acrylic and, despite what I had read about needing specialized non-abrasive cleaners, he convinced me that all would be done safely. Not so. It isn't noticeable, except when direct sunlight hits the panels, but that's a few hours every day. It's my fault for not following my own instincts, based on my online research, but I wanted all the windows, glass and acrylic cleaned. I may use Sabrina's, again, but not to clean acrylic panels.

They have done this several times to my satisfaction.

Missed two appointments to come out for an estimate.

It was very good. There were no problems with it at all. They were prompt. We called them and made an appointment maybe about a week later; we weren't in a big hurry or anything. They came out and they were very polite and did exactly what we asked them to do. They were very clean and kept everything clean. I didn't have any complaint at all. Just one person came but he was very fast and he could do everything pretty quickly. The price was very good too! It was about $107 and I think I left him a tip because he was good. I thought it was going to be a lot more money. We had to pay in advance on the website. We paid by credit card on the website. That seemed to work better because I think their service was prompt because it was paid for. It was unusual. Usually, we pay after something is done. It was a special price for those who paid in advance. The responsiveness was very good.

Washed windows and power washed the house.

We have a two story home and everything went very well. The gentleman cleaned the inside windows and outside. Very nice guy and great job.

Cleaned all my outside windows. The first time I used them it was great. Second time failed to clean all the window. Third time OK but they put the screens in wrong and definitely not as good a job. Rushed everything.

Responded immediately after purchase of special - Was punctual - Took care not to track dirt etc. inside after doing the outside windows - Did a professional job - removed screens and replaced.

He pressure washed the outside of our home and cleaned inside & outside of the windows. | |He was very nice and did a professional job but took all day and didn't get done until after 6:30. He arrived around 9 instead of 8 and then had to go out to purchase more cleaning liquid. | |I would insist that they send two people to do the job next time.
