Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Nice young guys who even did a couple extra chores. We have very high ceilings and they had very tall ladders. They changed a couple batteries in our smoke detectors and brought down some items from very high shelves so I could clean them-then returned them.

Not responsive to contacting for service until request was cancelled thru Angies list. Then! I got a call. No interest in using this ho-hum response provider.

Very fast and efficient. Better than expected.

Did Great and would recommend them to anyone.

First time was good but the second time the guy on the job wasn't feeling well and it was reflected in the work. When I complained they did nothing

This was a job that required ladders both inside and outside. The window cleaner was very polite. He noticed a problem with the frame on the windows and overall was extremely helpful.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were absolutely great. They left everything nice and clean. They were very professional and did an extremely good job. I didn't pay any additional fees. The price was fine; it was as advertised. They were very well prepared to do the job and they did a good job.

I wouldn’t use them again. The last time they forgot the appointment and I had to call them. Everytime I used them, whoever showed up to do the windows would raise the price. They didn’t even do all the windows they were supposed to do.

It was what I would expect form a window cleaning. The crew was pleasant and went about the job efficiently. I would have them back again next year.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a good job cleaning the windows but they hit us with a surprise. They charged us extra for the vinyl windows and there was nothing on the Big Deal about that. I emailed them to set up the date and told them that we had vinyl windows and told me to let me know if there would be an extra charge. They never answered my request. They charged an extra $110. The deal was for 24 windows and we had 26 so we figured we would have to pay a little extra for those 2 windows. We had signed up for the deal in December and they said it would be after the holidays before they could get to us so they had their payment a month before they did the work. The guy did a good job on the windows and we had no complaints about that. They showed up when they said they would.

Everything went well and for the most partl. He was timely and efficient. Some of the windows were left with streaks and he didn't do a good job in the corners of panes. Since there is no "+" designation available I could not rate as accurately as possible. B+ or A-. Also I was afforded a coupon and not certain how much I paid.

The only thing I noticed was, the over spray on the sliding glass doors from having the pavers sealed. The office suggested using a magic sponge to remove the sealant - it worked.

Company's communications are great.

The window cleaners were efficient and very polite. They did an amazing job. I would use them in the future without any doubt.

The technician was very professional. After a bit of discussion about what to power wash he went right to work and completed the job in a few hours. My windows were sparkling clean and the pressure washing was probably the best I've ever had.

I just like that they were prompt and they did a great job, quick, and they'll follow up with me.

But it was at least a year ago.

It went Great! I got the special and they gave exactly the same service had I paid the full price. The "only" reason I would not use them again is the Regular price. A little steep for me. Other than that I was happy :)

Roger has been our "window guy" for two years and he does an outstanding job. Everyone from Sabrina's that we have dealt with has been outstanding. They are efficient, thorough, neat and have great things to say about working for Sabrina.

We have had them before and have always been happy with their work. We will continue to use their service.

It is difficult to rate the performance for this year as I had to cancel my appointment because we need to have the roof cleaned before but I was very satisfied with them last year.

Thanks to the extraordinary care and professionalism of Mike, my technician, the work went very well. I will use Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning again solely on the performance and attention to detail provided by Mike. He is an outstanding employee and Sabrina's might well reflect "her" appreciation taking very good care of Mike because any alert business person who observes him will jump at an opportunity to hire a dedicated employee like Mike. As an aside, I had never met Mike prior to this contract and might never see him again. I did tell him I would be pleased to speak favorably in his behalf should he need a reference. The day of the job found the Tampa area socked in with fog. Mike called me a half hour prior to his arrival time to discuss the fog and that he may be delayed and if that was a problem. I told him that there was no fog up here in Land O' Lakes, so he said that he was on his way. He arrived promptly on time. We walked the job and he indicated that there was no extenuating problem he could see. He began his work and continued for about four hours. During this time, he encountered a number of difficult window streaks that did not come off with his normal cleaning solutions. He employed a number of alternative solutions and mechanical devices to try to remove the troubling spots. He was successful in every instance and there were several as these windows had never received this kind of concentrated care in many years. It was a tough job. Once again, I can't say enough positive comments about Sabrina's job, well done. I will use them again and will continue to recommend Sabrina's to others.
