Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Would never use this compang again. First of all came to the house with no ID of who he was, ask first thing how he was getting paid? Went over the windows leaving smuges and marks, poured straight bleach in window tracks. Never washed screens or wipe off the window sills. Very disappointed.

He was very thorough and careful, making sure to lock all the windows as he finished them.

He arrived on time. Originally I wanted just the windows and screens done, but when he said how little the power washing would cost I had him do that also. He was efficient and completed all the work in a reasonable time. He cleaned up after himself. He was very pleasant and polite.

Yes we will use them again even though a bit costly.

They were good. They count up each pane of glass, not the window. He was very courteous, and they were out within a week of me making the appointment. My only concern was, that I didn't understand when they said they would do windows, they were looking at panes of glass, so each window would be 2 panes of glass. That was not clarified to me when I called, and they contract out to different contractors in the area. I worked it out with the guy, which was fine, but it would be nice to know that upfront. I paid an additional amount for that. They were very communicative, he called when he was running late.

The issue is/was, each time we used then, price quote was like a bouncing ball. They use subs and I guess the subs test the market with their " quoting you the best price" routine

The guy was great. We had more than the 24 windows in the offer but we purchased the extra windows at a reasonable price which I thought was well worth it. I will use them again next year.

When I called to schedule the appointment, they would have been able to send someone out that day if the weather had not been bad. They came the next day and completed the work in about three hours. I have colonial type windows with wood square panes that did cost extra. They were great and did a good job getting the windows clean! I would definitely use their services again.

The cleaners were very courteous and quick. Cleaned windows inside and out as well as the tracks and screens. I have about 23 windows and they cleaned them all in about 90 minutes. I ended up having to pay an additional 30 dollars but it was worth it. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

I received a call in the morning letting me know that due to traffic issues he would be later than the appointed time. That was not going to be a problem for me. He did arrive on time and went immediately to work on my windows. He was pleasant and also had to deal with me breaking a bottle all over my kitchen floor with glass flying everywhere! Sabrina's does a great job and I will use them again!

I always use them because they do a really nice job. They're very trustworthy and I don't have to worry about them being in the house. They clean all the screens and tracks and everything. However, they are a little bit more expensive.

One person completed the work and it was getting dark when he was finishing so I wish there had been a second person here. Scheduling was perfect. The quality of the work was very good.

I haven't been able to use them for a bit since my house has been under remodeling construction. We should be done with construction in about another month so I will be calling Sabrina's Window cleaning back out again since my windows are in desperate need of cleaning.

Arrived on time, ready to start. A gentleman (Dave) and a pleasure to have in our home. Would never consider having any other company do our windows. He told us they also do power washing and we will certainly do that next time.

Scott arrived on time. He worked quickly, professionally and the result was more than satisfactory. He then came in the house and finished up the job by neatly cleaning the inside windows. That's how clean the windows appeared.

He was very thorough. Cleaned screens and inside and outside of windows. Even cleaned window sills. Made a major difference in how our house looked. Provider was on time and worked really hard at making our windows shine. I would highly recommend.

Sabrina's called within an hour of my scheduling through Angie's List. They followed up a couple of times before the man came out to clean our windows. He did a fantastic job. Would definitely use again.

It took them almost a month to get to us. I had emailed them and told them I had some vinyl windows and ask if there would an extra charge. They did not reply. When there employee arrived and started to work, he then informed my wife that there would be an extra $110.00 charge for the vinyl windows. In there big deal offer they did not mention vinyl windows costing extra nor did they reply to my inquiry about this. The worker did a great job on the windows, but there should have been a disclosure about vinyl windows.
