Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Jay showed up 1/2 hour early, which was such a pleasant surprise here in FL. He was very polite, an excellent worker, and did a fabulous job cleaning the windows. I have already recommended Sabrina's, and Jay to several friends in my community here. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a company that responds to get your appt. schedules quickly, does a wonderful job with a great employee who really does a quick and exceptional job. If you want your windows to sparkle, give them a call, and ask for Jay.

I would call them and someone would come and clean the windows. Then they would call a month later to see if I wanted my windows cleaned. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. They did a good job cleaning the windows and cleaned up after themselves. They just are not organized in the office.

I called to schedule today. I thought they meant patio screen, but it is for window screens. So the deal doesn't apply to me. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

Tibi was the service man. Nice guy but... He did not clean the window sills and instead "brushed' it with what looked like a paintbrush which left all the dirt in the window sill. I had to run a vacuum to suck up the dirt left behind and then I had to wipe down the sills, handles and frames with soapy water. The screens could not be removed so he washed them by hand with a hand mop from the inside. I could see streaks all over the screens so I re-wiped them all down again with soapy water. He did not clean the frame around the glass saying they only clean the glass. He did not wipe down the handles of the window until I pointed this out to him. I had to go behind him on every window and wipe the sills, frames and spots left behind. Overall, the windows were actually a 'fair to bad' result. Cleaning the gutters to me meant cleaning the debris out of the gutters. To him, it meant cleaning the underside of the soffit. The soffit is not a gutter. Who would have thought that? My gutters remained full of debris. The pressure wash job was good overall but I'm used to more detailed cleaning such as not only the tops of the stones but the exposed sides too. I'll have to f/u with a bleach spray for those. I had a large lanai with screens which I hoped he would clean but with indoor-outdoor carpeting, he could not pressure wash them and instead just hosed them down with plain water from a hose. This was unacceptable so there was no charge for his effort and the screens are still very dirty; he agreed. I would not use this company again.

Company came out to do an evaluation and window assessment. Technician counted the windows by doubling double hung windows and he tried to charge me extra. Cancel the deal. However, Daniele did a great job over the phone.

This company did an acceptable job cleaning the windows, but they messed up brand new carpets in two bedrooms by just walking in with dirty shoes. They also walked on the outside pool deck of the house with dirty shoes and both the bedrooms and the deck required clean up after they left. Then while there were with us they complained that it was a long drive to our house. The company advertises that they service our area and they did not express concern when I booked the cleaning, but somehow the staff folks did not get the message and seemed to regard the trip to our home as a hardship. At a busy time in my life these were nuisances that I did not need.

This is my second time using Sabrina's and while the service wasn't terrible, it wasn't great and I'll try someone new next time. They professional they sent over was very late and then informed me he thought it was going to rain. Not sure why he wouldn't call? And he was very diligent in spending a lot of time cleaning and while the windows looked good, he didn't clean the tracks from the sliders which was part of the service. They also left behind buckets and no one has contacted me to pick them up.

The workers arrived at the scheduled time and were polite and professional. The work was completed efficiently and exceeded my expectations.

Windows were streaked after cleaning. When the sun hit the windows, sliders and panes in French doors, they were streaked. I didn't notice when guys were there. They looked clean. I pointed out a small window above the entrance door expecting they would be sure to clean but it looked no different after they left. I don't think I should follow people around while they are working but apparently, I should have in this case.

They did a very thorough job. We were very pleased with theirservice!

Windows sparkle when they finish. The first time we used them about 5 or 6 years ago, the worker did a very poor job, missing windows and streaking a couple. We called the home office and within two hours they sent Derek out to redo the windows. Derek came out, redid all the windows in less time then the worker had done and left all the windows and tracks clean and bright. We have requested Derek to do our windows since then and are totally satisfied with his work. He is a real pleasure to work with and an excellent representative for their company.

It was okay, not the superb job they normally do. Some of the screens were not wash and some of the sills were barely cleaned. I have used them twice before and they did an excellent job. Not sure why service was not as good. I plan on calling the owner, because this was unusual.

Richie and Mike Shelton were the techs from Sabrin's. They were in uniform and exhibited a professional attitude. They were very customer oriented. At the completion of the job, my wife toured the house and was very pleased with the job

He had dusted the window sills before applyinjg the soap and Rain-X, which turned out to keep the windows from spotting or streaking for at least six months, as it turned out. He allowed me to look over his shoulder while he did the job, which for him was like music. Prior to his arrival, I had tried to clean the windows myself, but had used brand name window glass sprays. The problem with the latter fluids is that they are relatively useless against caked salt air and water that has calcium in it, added to blow back soot from nearby traffic. His solution cut through it with no problem, His comment was that one should use at least the care on their windows as they do on their fine china. A good company to deal with. They get the job done and they have the experience to back them up.

I vaguely remember service being performed but don't remember being overly impressed or I would have used them again. Can't even remember how many years ago the service was performed.

He was very nice and the windows were very bad from paint over-spray on them. They came out after a lot better than I thought they would. Initially I was thrilled, but having looked at them a while there are some spots that could have been done better.

Erich was very plesant. He did an AMAZING job on our home. I wish this site allowed me to attach pictures so that we could show everyone the quality of work that was performed. All of the mold was removed off of my deck and concrete slab area. My house looks brand new! My windows are sparkling clean and he did not leave any mess around the areas which were cleaned. I have received prices from other companies, and some of them were cheaper. I decided to go with Sabrina's because I've gone with the cheaper priced companies, and their quality of work was NO WHERE NEAR the service Sabrina's provided for me. This is a really great example of cheap isn't necessarily good, and good isn't necessarily cheap! Also, the office staff was polite and accomidating. My account representative, Alex, was so sweet and really went above and beyond in getting me scheduled. I also spoke with the office managers, Peter, Jessica, and Daniele. They all made sure I was happy when the work was completed. All of their work is 100% guaranteed, and the weather treatment is divine. Thanks Sabrina's for a job well done! I will definitely be a return customer!

He did a great job. It started raining and, unlike the previous window cleaners I had, he stopped and came back three days later and finished the job. He also cleaned what the previous cleaners said couldn't be cleaned because they were hard water spots. He cleaned it with no problem and no excuses. I intend to hire him again. He is also a non smoker so I did not have to air out my home after he left.

They arrived on schedule and did a great job cleaning the windows inside and outside. I would recommend them and will use them again. I also have already recommended them to a client.

My windows have not been cleaned for approx 30 yrs, I have jalousie windows, so the result is unbelievable!

It went well. They did leave a little debris in the window sills but nothing major.
