The young man who came to clean our windows arrived on time and had a very neat appearance. He had all the equipment needed to do the job properly. My husband and I were impressed with how efficiently he worked and were delighted with the results. I will certainly use Sabrina's again!

They then asked if it was ok if they might be early. I was like "are you kidding? Come anytime!" They called me this morning (the day of my noon appointment) and asked if it was ok if they could in fact, arrive early - this was before 11am. The young men that did the work were so nice! Bought a deal for $119. (Included 24 windows) Paid an additional $50 for extra windows and sliding doors. Frank did an excellent job. It took him about four hours. This is the second time I have used Sabrina's. Very pleased with their service

Employee showed up on time, surveyed the job and got right to work. My windows are sparkling clean inside and out. The lanai is immaculate! Keeping this providers number and will use again and again.

3 crew members came. They were all very friendly and did a good job. The lanai windows were a challenge as the windows and screens were on fixed tracks and the man had to squeeze his hand between the tight space between window and screen. He did the best he could. 2 of the sliders could not be cleaned adequately because of the limited accessibility. He worked really hard to get them as clean as possible and they do look much better. I asked for a quote to do just the exterior windows (13 windows) next fall which he said would be $129. I thought this was a bit high for that so I may look around for a better price. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they completed today.

He even helped us understand how to use a special tool to crank some of them to open. I don't remember exactly how much it cost.

Scratched the sliding door while cleaning and used razor blades and that's when the door got scratched, a lot. Will never use them again

I had arranged for them to do skylights, but workers declined to do if when they got here. ( They did adjust the bill.) I had also specifically asked that they scrape paint splatterrs off one window, and had been assured ahead of time that would be done. However, workers declined to do that, too. Very disappointing.

The service turned out nice. They were very good and I thought they did an excellent job. We have a dog and they got along with her and that is very important.

It was good. They did a good job. The price was more than I thought it should have been because basically they way the count each window, the definition of window is little different what you and I will say as a window. In another windows they look at one window they call it two windows. I would use them again in the future.
