Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

They did an OK job on the window and screen cleaning but the guy that they sent out here was OK except that they sub contracted it out. Pretty much the first hing that he did was to solicit for a tip. I don't find that professional. If you're going to offer a Big Deal don't subcontract it out. Then a guy comes out here and complains that he's not getting paid well. He did a decent job and did it well.

Well they gave me a flat rate for 21 windows. But, the person who came said my windows were too big and that every window is about 2 windows or something. I wish they had told this to me earlier, so it would not have been a waste of time for both of us

We were satisfied with the window cleaning; but had a misunderstanding as to what our contract with Angies included. We paid Angies $119.00 for the what we understood would be the price for cleaning all the windows inside and out. We misunderstood what the contract included. We thought it was for the number of windows to be cleaned and were advised when the contractor arrived that it was the number of panes to be cleaned. As we have three paned windows in our front den and wanted them cleaned; we had to pay an additional $70.00 to get them cleaned. Otherwise we were satisfied.

It took about 2-3 hours to complete the job. The cleaner was very punctual and professional. I would recommend this company for window cleaning services.

This company was very professional from the first call. I bought this through and Angie's list deal, and they contacted me the same day. They also confirmed my appointment the day before. The employee that came out to my home was very professional and nice. He provided on site estimates for pressure washing the house and the driveway. He was very thorough when cleaning the windows and spraying the house. I could not have been happier with the service that was provided!

We used a coupon for 24 windows for $133.00. All the windows and glass doors came to 23 in number. After the man from Sabrina's started the job, he let us know that the mullioned windows cost more because of the difficulty of cleaning each pane separately. The extra charge was $30.00 to $40.00, I believe. ( I'm out-of-town w/o my records on additional fees) I used $30.00 in the cost stated above. It seemed fair enough since the mullions make for extra work and can be a nuisance to clean. There were 5 mullioned windows. The job was done extremely well with much care taken by the man who did it. The Co. itself was very friendly and accommodating by counting the glass doors as windows. A very good experience.

They cleaned the interior and exterior of all the windows throughout my home. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal and no troubles with scheduling. One person completed the work and spent about two hours on the work. Everything was fine.

When Sabrina's called to make the appointment I told them I wanted to have gutters and sun room presser washed and top of sun room cleaned before making an appointment. She told me that Sabrina's could handle for a small fee. When the service man came out he wanted to know what I needed done and when I told him he didn't know what to charge me and acted like he didn't want to do the extra job. Ended up with just windows cleaned.

They called right away and set up the appt for the next day. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

Two men arrived to do our windows. We discussed having them pressure wash our house. Were told they could come back at a later date to do the pressure washing. They did a fine job washing the windows and two weeks later one of the men came back to pressure wash the house. I was satisfied with the quality of the work. However I wish we had been told at the start that pressure washing the house would mess up our clean windows. The man told us he would stop by the next time he was in the area to clean up the windows but we never heard from him again.

We've used Sabrina's for several years and were very happy. Last year, our first cleaner was pretty slack. I called Angie's and they cheerfully sent the cleaner who had cleaned on previous visits. He did a great job. My main annoyance is that phone calls continued to solicit my business throughout the year. These calls would occur usually at my place of work. When I'd explain that I couldn't talk, that I was at work, the young woman would not hang up and kept asking me to be sure to mention her name when I called back. The only way I stopped the calls was to hang up. Phone solicitations, in this case, will probably result in my not calling Sabrina's again.

I purchased this Big Deal for $119.00 because window washing has been on my to do list for ages and they were filthy! I'm so happy I did! Sabrina's was prompt in contacting me and extremely courteous and helpful. I didn't realize they were in Sarasota but happily traveled all the way to Pasco! It was rainy but because he had come all that way we decided to do it; the windows would have gotten wet at some point anyway. He did a great job with everything very quick and unobtrusive. My windows look brand new! I am definitely going to continue to use Sabrina's if they continue to be willing to come up to do my windows and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Very reasonable price and excellent work.

staff was personable and prompt for appointment. looks great after service was finished. some water spots on inside floor after they were done -- but otherwise no problem. I would recommend them to anyone who needs really clean windows without needing to do it yourself!
