Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Do to busy schedules, always a good thing, Sabrina's had to reschedule. As I'm retired, it wasn't a problem for me. Frank showed up early, worked hard and did a great job. He was polite and professional...and my view of the river is clearer and brighter.

Two people worked quickly and efficiently.

Not only is their work thorough, but our windows stay clean for a long time. It must be the products they use, but we're very impressed. We've been using Sabrina's for years.

I was extremely pleased with the work of Sabrina's. The work was accomplished quickly and without any problems at all. Any dirty window screens were cleaned off before the washing of the windows. The workers were friendly and very professional. Sabrina's Window Cleaning is definitely worth it!

they came even tho it was raining that day. the gentleman who worked outside did it with an umbrella in one hand. the work was not quite top notch. they promised a discount if I recommended them, which I did, stating my slight reservations. now I see the discount I was quoted is the same one they give to Angie's list customers. don't know if I will use them again, or try another

We thought that the price for both services was very reasonable. They are very nice and have very capable employees. We have been using them for years and they always do a great job. They are always able to schedule the service in a time frame that works for me.

They were fine. They are very price worthy and are a good bargain. They were there when they said they would be. I do believe they did the best job I have seen. They did a good job with the work. I would recommend them to others.

This was the first time I had hired them for work. I was unhappy with the first person who first completed the job. They did send someone else out and they did a good job. They had good customer service and I was happy with the completed work.

called Sabrina's to set up an appointment scheduled immediately to start between 8 & 9:00 ask for Steve & Pascal they arrived at 8:45. all windows were cleaned with no mess within a couple of hours Steve & Pascal were polite, friendly, & efficient. GREAT JOB!

Jay arrived on time and got it all done in the right amount of time (or better). My windows always look great when they are done by Sabrina's. Jay does a great job every time.

I thought the office was professional, but I don’t think the cleaner was as professional, but he did do a good job. I felt the cleaner was complaining about the job, and had a bad attitude, and seemed annoyed by the job. If I used them again I would ask for a different cleaner.

The pressure washing was adequate. Although the furniture had been moved out and not put back. After they left I noticed that the power was out to the hot water heater, refrigerator and outlets in the garage and master bath area. I called them back - they sent the rep back over. He told me it was something wrong with the house and nothing he did. I called the office back to see if they could send an electrician out to address the issue. The GFI breaker had tripped in the main panel, and each time I reset it, it would hold for 10 secs and trip again. They said they would send someone. After 15 minutes I called back and they said they were unable to get in touch with anyone and suggested I call an electrician on my own. As it turns out, the rep did not only pressure wash the open exterior receptacles (he did not bother to bend over and close the covers), but he must have blown the stream right into them. Still no power, but hopeful that once it all dries out in a day or two it will be resolved. I had to incur the cost of the electrician's visit. Now I have an electrical cord running up the hallway from the garage so that I can keep everything running while the outlets dry out. It was my first and last experience with Sabrina's - would not recommend.

Good job, used them a couple times. Plan to use them again.

Mike was on time and worked without stopping until finished. He had all the necessary tools & he did an excellent job!

The appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and they said it would be about 1 1/2 hours to wash all our windows in our condo. The front gate called at 9 am to say the window washer was here to perform his service. I would've arranged to have him come earlier since he finished he previous appointment earlier than expected but he didn't even call to ask if that was okay that he came earlier than the appointment. He washed the windows and did a good job on them. He did clean the screens but not with water, just wiped them with a rag/brush. Then he was also suppose to clean the window sills. He wiped over them but did not clean the crevices. He was in and out of our condo within 1 hour. He was neat and tidy about the work and did not make a mess but I felt that $129 for an hours service was out of line when he didn't clean the window sills thoroughly.

They did a very nice job. Their guy was very nice and very professional. They came when they said they would be here. They gave a ball park price and someone came to confirm it.
