Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Generally did a good job outside but didn't move a couch in front of a sliding window to clean inside. My husband felt that the performance of the protective coating wasn't as advertsed. We have since been using another service to clean our windows.

Things went okay, but furniture was old and power washing damaged paint job. Not necessarily the fault of Sabrina. The reason I would never call Sabrina's again is because they call you incessantly about coming back out and cleaning again. It is very annoying. I had to tell them three times specifically not to call me again. Beware, they will haunt you.

Very well, we have 3 stories, I could not have done this.

The cleaner provided a fair to good service. Would prefer improved cleaning of window sills. Cleaning water was not changed during process. Employee was professional, respectful and kind. Service was hired out to another contractor.

I went great. He came in did the inside went outside did those. All looks good.

They do a fine job, show up on time, are efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They missed first appointment that I made by so many hours (they did call first) that I had to cancel and reschedule for another day. They showed up three hours late for that one. Window washing was adequate but not great. I went outside as the 2 men were finishing up and saw one of them holding a window screen that was in pieces. He was trying to fit it back into the frame. When I questioned him he said that the screen was broken when he removed it. There is no way that a screen in that condition could have been in the window frame before he removed it and I doubt that he would have told me about it had I not walked outside. Once I confronted him about the screen, he got very defensive (almost abusive), started driving away, and I had to call the office to get them to agree to replace the screen (they say they will have it next week). I would recommend staying away from this company.,

Except for the person who took our order being confident that the worker assigned could clean our highest window with no extra ladder extension, it went well. Our condo is the second floor of a two story building with a cathedral ceiling that allow windows that are more like third floor ones in terms of their height off the ground. The assigned worker knew immediately that the dispatcher had goofed based on the order taker's bad advice. So he had to return a couple of days later to complete the

Did a good job pressure washing. Cost for it, however, was exorbitant. More than double what we pay another service which includes gutter cleaning. Some of the windows were nice and clean with no streaks. Others were very streaked, which we didn't notice until a couple of days later when it was sunny. The sills were not vacuumed or washed off. So, all the dead bugs and other dirt was still there. Some of the screens were nice and clean, but others were barely cleaned at all. They refused to wash some sliding doors saying they couldn't get to them because of the configuration. Nonsense. My husband and our housecleaner have washed them many times. Just takes a little extra effort. I do not know if the price for window washing is reasonable for a job well done, but it was overpriced for the poor quality of the job we received. When I made the appointment, I requested that they come out and give me an estimate. We have a large house with LOTS of windows. They declined saying they knew what they were doing and, if an adjustment was needed, the window washer could make it on site. Well, they didn't know what they were doing. The window washer arrived on time, but indicated that the person who booked the appointment underestimated the time it would take to do the job; therefore he would need to get a helper. He counted all of the windows and gave me the price, which I agreed to. He then called his helper. Then he had to leave our property to go pick up the helper from his home. The helper did not have a car. I thought it strange that management from Sabrina's didn't transport the helper so the window washer could begin the work. The window washer was gone a little over an hour. Even with the helper, they ran out of time before they had to leave for another job. The window washer indicated that he would be fired if he was tardy to the other job. I told him I expected our job to be finished before he left. They did finish, but quality was poor. I overheard the window washer and helper talking. Turns out the helper was not an employee of Sabrina's. He was a friend of the window washer and needed work. He was dirty, smelly, and disgusting. Lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth while washing the windows, thus, he got smoke and nicotine on clean windows. The window washer, who was Sabrina's employee paid the helper out of his own pocket. This company reached me by telemarketing to us even though we are on the National and State "Do not call" lists. However, we were decided to overlook that because we had no time to do the work ourselves and a friend recommended them. We will never hire them again. I have told them repeatedly to take us off their calling list. As of one week ago, they had not; they called again.

The 2 men were very professional and neat.

Second time I have used them and remain pleased with the service. He arrived on time, took care around inside of the house and left the house as he found it.

This is the second time we have used this service. The service was excellent in all ways. We will use the service again when needed.

It's been a awhile, but all my remembrances are very good and I will hire them again.
