Darren is my local maintenance manager for a small 4 plex and single family home my wife and I own and rent out in downtown Sarasota. Darren has been very responsive and handled numerous maintenance issues we’ve had with these older properties. He has also handled two tenant turnovers that involved painting, repairing, and cleaning the units then meeting the new tenants to give them access to their apartment. I’m so glad to have a trustworthy person like Darren to handle issues locally as I live out of state. I highly recommend him to manage your property as well!

This crew of two came early to my home, did everything I asked them to do and did it at a price that was discussed!! I was so pleased with the workmanship and friendliness that I would hire them again for the next project!!

They changed their quote the day before they do the work, we were told their hourly rate $125/H but suddenly he texted me a flat fee rate. Also, they say they take credit card, but what they are not saying is that they want to ad the transaction fee into the final price which is illegal.

hired them specifically to assemble a sauna and install a new circuit for it. They never put a new circuit and took longer than expected to assemble sauna. When i let the owner know I was not happy and they didnt actually do job, he wanted to charge me for them to fix the job.
