Their customer service was second to none. The owner of the company didn't hesitate to drop by as many times as needed to answer any questions we had about the product, without being too pushy to buy.

The company was responsive and eager to get the work done, but more attention to detail would be beneficial. A couple of the windows were extremely tight which made installation more difficult and caused minor issues later. Also more attention to the final caulking would have been nice. We feel that additional caulking needs to be done. The crew was very knowledgeable and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We liked the fact that the company did not subcontract their work, the windows were made in Florida, and the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.
