Matrix Bathroom Systems is the best! From the initial competitive bid by Mike, to installing a shower pan leak proof system. My shower drain needed to be replaced to accommodate the leak proof system. Mike sent out plumber Louise to break open the concrete floor and install the new drain. Louise was professional, efficient, timely, did a wonderful job in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent! Then Mike sent out Juan to do the install of the leak proof pan system, It included liner, interface to drain, forming a shower basin over the membrane. When finished professionally by Juan, you can't go wrong! It turned out professional, everything slopes to the drain. I can do tiling myself. It was beautiful! I highly recommend Matrix Bathroom Systems! â ¤ï¸ ð ð

Mike Goldsworthy was our Sales Director. He was pleasant to work with and provided a variety of options for our project. We felt good about our selection. There was no pressure to purchase above our needs. The primary installer for our basement shower replacement was Jorge. He is an extremely hard worker and pays great attention to detail. He communicated well with us throughout the process. Jorge was courteous and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. I highly recommend his professionalism!

They sent a crew later than proposed. The crew that was sent did not have all of the materials and/or tools required to complete the job. I called and was promised that someone would come to complete the job and clean up. After a month I am still waiting for someone to follow up. I know that I did make a mistake in being talked into making the full payment for the job.

They treated my house as their own and left it great condition. Definitely will recommend to friends and when my second bathroom needs remodeling! They are my guys!

Workman were very sloppy in their work. He finished product was ok, but the cleanliness very poor. From start to finish it took ten days.

Don t depend on salesman to get what you want. Talk to the installer yourself.

We love the new shower door in our bathroom. It s the perfect addition to our main floor bathroom and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other estimates we obtained. What made the experience even better was that the Matrix team was incredibly professional from start to finish. From the sale by Mike to the quick and professional installation by Jake. Outstanding customer service. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom update.

First of all what was supposed to be a 2 to 3 day job wound up being a two month job because of their incompetence and horrible work. I really believe none of them know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling bathrooms. Photos would really do justice but can t post any here. They took $16,000 of our money and left nothing but hard plastic on the walls, a chipped gouged and scratched existing bathtub that they refuse to fix, a shower that leaks onto the floor from the bottom of the shower door and a horrible caulk job even after replacing the first stuff that was put up, all around bad job. They warranty their work but have blocked me from all types of communications and will not return any emails. I warn others to never use this company.
