This company Jay Shapiro is the best technical computer and printer technician I have ever known he goes over and above and he shows up on time he works from home if you need it always here to help and never let you down. I recommend him 100% to everybody.

I hired Jay to help my Mom get her computer back up and running. Iâ m in Illinois and given how far away she lives it was super stressful. Thankfully I found Jay who got everything working, was patient and a great communicator with someone who is older and not super confident in her tech skills. He is fantastic. He tried to open the keyboard part of my laptop, tied for almost an hour and then asked me if he could take it to his place then he would fix it there and bring it back in two or three he never did or call me when he would bring it back or tell me about it, so I told him I was to call the police if he didn't bring it back or call me and let me know what he was going to do, so I don't know what to do with this guy I will call the police and ask them for asdvice
