Jay is very patient

We hired Jay for 2 purposes. To setup my mother's new iPAD and to upgrade the services and equipment on my TVs. Jay was outstanding in the customer service and support he provided and very friendly. He clearly has the expertise and also knows how to explain what he is doing to novices like my mother and I. We were extremely satisfied and took comfort in knowing that Jay stands by all his work. I will hire Jay for any future computing/network needs and highly recommend him to others!

Jay was wonderful, we purchased a new iPad for our mom who is elderly and lives in another state. So it requires initial set up, review, log in credentials, etc. basically everything, and Jay was wonderful to work with, honest, patient, nothing but wonderful reviews from us and a big thank you!

very patient and understanding not computer literate went above and beyond what i expected very knowledgeable knows his craft was busy but always made time for me cleaned my computer added new driver added windows 10 and explained all working parts so i understood thank u Jay u really r a pleasure to do business with u

Quick and thorough fix right in my office!

Jay was able to remove the virus in my computer He was able to do it remotely which saved me a lot of time. Best Buy Geek Squad was nor able to hook up remotely. I highly recommend Jay. He knows his stuff

Responds Quickly. Very professional on the phone, coming on time, and obviously knew what he was doing. I hired him to hook up a printer, and he did that, and also performed a "Clean up" service on my Macbook pro, and now it noticeably is fast and has less hang ups. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty, and I would recommend him highly. He will get my call anytime I need these kind of services performed.

He was very helpful and fixed the problem I was having with my mouse. He also fixed all the other bugs that had built up on my computer and now I feel much more comfortable and secure using it. I also appreciate the easier sign-in process he was able to set up for me. He was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computer.
