Jay was going to help my elderly brother who is in a nursing home how to use the computer. I was giving him this gift but he just didn t want it. I had scheduled 2hours of service but I cancelled the last moment and he just charged me a reasonable amount for cancellation. He has a great personality and is interested in helping people.
