Jay had to improvise to make this computer work. It works fine now.

I have known Jay Shapiro for 6 years. He has an extensive knowledge of all computers and their individual functional quirks. His manner is kind and he has patience with the elderly. Jay Shapiro is the consummate professional. Whatever computer problem I have, Jay''s knowledge is so in depth that he can fix anything. All the while he gives me some tips. He's very prompt and a pleasure to be with, He's very patient and will answer all of your questions. He can fix a desktop computer, an IPad and a smartphone. I have a smart TV and he set it up for me to easily stream content. I have the utmost confidence in Jay and I recommend you call him first if you need help with any electronics. He will also work with you if you need to select/replace equipment. If you want the best service, call Jay.
