I was stressing because I needed my data from my old laptop to be transferred to a new laptop which I need for work. He was very reassuring all the way through. Jay is absolutely AMAZING! He is an absolute EXPERT at software, hardware, and networking! I had a highly complex issue with Outlook that Jay took care of it. He is the greatest! He is my computer guy forever! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Jay responded very quickly to our request for help. He was prompt arriving and did a great job helping my wife get her office computer working.

I called because I thought my keyboard was not working. It was a simple fix. I was trying to log in with a PIN number which disabled the letters from working on the keyboard. I noticed while he was trying to log in after he did a reset of my computer, the same thing happened to him. He switched the log in method from PIN number to password and the keyboard worked. That was the issue. He stated he has been in the business for 30 years. That should have been the first thing he did. Total waste of $75.
