When Dorrant was stuck in traffic he gave me a courtesy to call to let me know that he would be delayed. However, he arrived shortly after the call so the delay was not significant at all. When Dorrant arrived he was dressed professionally and carried an impressive looking tool chest! We spoke briefly. Dorrant described what needed to be done. He was very clear about everything, so I chose the color for the new lock. Dorrant understood which type of lock was needed and the work involved in removing the old and installing the new. He worked conscientiously as though he were removing and installing a lock on the door to his own home. Dorrant is an excellent locksmith, plus the customer is his top priority. Importantly, the price was quite reasonable also. As an added bonus of convenience, at my request, Dorrant made six (6) additional keys on the premisis. It has been my experience in the past that a locksmith gave one additional key, and if more were required it was necessary to go elsewhere for those copies. Then the extra keys that were made did not even fit! Dorrant made the entire process smooth and seamless. The lock looks beautiful, and the additional keys all work. I could not be happier with the excellent job that Dorrant has done in such a timely, careful manner. In fact if there were such an award I would present two top recommendations. First, Dorrant Mowatt (ALockMedic Locksmiths) would receive a gold medal. Second, that Dorrant Mowatt would receive top recognition in the Locksmith's Hall of Fame!

When I called looking for a locksmith, Alockmedic was the third call I made. Mr. Mowatt answered my call with such professionalism I hired him immediately. He was at my house in less than an hour and after seeing what needed to be done, he explained what the process was and the cost of everything before he began. Before he left he showed me how to use the new locks and how to unlock one door that was installed incorrectly and I'd used for 12 years without being able to unlock it from the outside. My husband will be thrilled. Mr. Mowatt was neatly dressed and more than pleasant. I asked for business cards so I could pass them out to my friends. I highly recommend this company.

I called and he said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was there in 30 minutes. He was professional, fast, courteous, on time, and a good value. I would definitely use this company again, as well as recommend to my friends and family.

Bought a home and needed the locks to all be re-keyed. Dorrant was punctual, informative and friendly. He recommended and described some other options for our security but was not at all pushing products or anything. He was right on time and we were a little late meeting him but he was very understanding and patient.
