This is an owner occupied business who does the work himself. He is also a fire fighter full time and does this job when he is not working so coodo's to him!I called the company and set up an appointment the same day. Within 1 1/2 hours he was at my front door.Introduced himself, gave me his business card and asked me to show him what needed to be done.He did the work inside of his spanky new truck which looks like a mini work room.When he was done, he thanked me for the business and my neighbor came by to get his card.So, referrals are good!

Service was outstanding, prompt, friendly and thorough. While I selected top of the line locks and therefore a high price, other options were offered with advantages and disadvantages. Would definitely use again for locksmith services. Arrived as scheduled, called ahead to confirm and work completed as promised with no issues.Repla

Dorrant very professional and on time. Repaired front door as extra service once he arrived. Only down side to service was did not have quality selection of dead bolt or large keys for estate home.

The locksmith was coming to perform the work on the same day that I called. He called and asked if he could an hour early! He expertly replaced the lock and gave me an extra key!

I needed to get the locks changed after a family member had passed. The owner, Dorrant, came out on my service request. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed 4 locks to be rekeyed. I needed two different keys due to the makers of the individual lock sets. He was very professional and an excellent locksmith. He worked quickly and efficiently! They charged less because we were on Angie’s List. They called before the visit to tell us they were coming. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and did a really good job.

Very prompt and professional from start to finish. Arrived on time. The only issue was when I tested one of the duplicate keys, one did not work well. This probably should have been caught before handing me the keys. However, they were very nice and promptly made a new key and tested it without issue. Highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my stores deadbolt lock on the front door, I called and the owners was very nice and informative. He came that day and fixed the lock for me at a very resonable rate. He was nice, proffessional, resonabably priced and a pleasure to talk to. He is fast and great at what he does. I called ALockMedic to have a new lock installed and some televisions wall mounted. (this may seem like an odd combination, however, I noticed on the information page that he also did home theater installation) Dorrant called prior to his arrival, and was on time for his appointment. He was extremely polite and surveyed our needs completely prior to providing us with an estimate. He offered a few options for the media installation. I had already purchased the lock and tv mounting backets. Upon our approval, he needed to obtain some addtitional materials, so returned within an hour or so. He worked efficiently and spent several hours the first afternoon, and then returned the next day to complete the job. He provided us with key duplicates per our request. Dorrant is a true professional and takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up after himself which I appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone. It may be possible to find someone to do the job cheaper, but having an individual work in your home that you feel is honest and is well equipped to get the job done is very important to me. Before he left, I had given his card to a neighbor who also was in need of television installation service.

The owner returned my call within 2 minutes. He called me 1/2 hour prior to tell me he was on his way. He was extremely professional and rekeyed two locks. Color coded the keys. Excellent job. I will definitely use him again. He emailed me a receipt from his IPAD immediately because I requested an email instead of him printing me one right there on the spot! Extremely professional and great rates!

Alockmedics are top tier in the service industry! They wore booties when they came into my home, now that's respect for my home. They knew exactly how to fix my lock problem and fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Will definately use again and highly recommend them.

During the course of my home renovation, I have yet to meet a contractor, company, painter, or individual that has met or exceeded my expectations. That was until yesterday when I met Dorrant. He was fast, courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. I wish I had more jobs for him to do!!! If so, I maybe could have moved in a month ago. I would highly recommend him.

The owner, Dorrant, came out within an hour of my phone call (which happened to be on a Sunday). He was extremely courteous and professional and was very experienced and knowledgeable in his trade. His truck is a "travelling workshop" and he was able to do additional work that we had not originally contacted him for. He spent almost 3 hours, carefully completing the work and cleaning up each work area after he was done. He also made us numerous spare keys at no additional charge. Since I am not from the immediate area, I have been depending on Angie's List for all of my home repair needs and I cannot emphasize enough how PLEASED I was with this locksmith. It is no wonder that they are such a highly rated company on Angie's List. I will DEFINITELY use him again!

This is the second time I have used this company and their work is excellent. They show up quickly and get the work done properly. The first time I used them was to re-key 2 locks. This time it was to repair a lock. I am very happy with their work, their price, and their professionalism. When you call you speak directly with the owner. He knows is business. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Excellent experience! The owner answered my call, and I asked if he could come out to change the locks in the next day or two. He was able to come out on the same day, within 2 hours. He quickly changed the locks and provided several keys. He attempted to fix an issue with the door handle but needed additional parts - he did not charge me for his time trying to fix that and agreed that I'd call him if we need him to take care of it. I found him to be very professional. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. He showed up quickly and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

I was looking for pricing to replace a door lock on my car that someone had shoved something into. I got to speak to a real person and the rates quoted for them to replace the lock were comparable to other companies. I like using Angie's List approved companies but in this case, I simply decided that crawling into my car from the passenger side awhile longer was more affordable. When I have enought o pay for an unnecessary expense, then I will be calling back.
