Wonderful. Both men that came were very respectful, professional and if they were going to be late (5 minuets) they will call you ahead of time and let you know. We have already referred this company to several people we know as well as staff members will be contacting the company for personal use.

I called Alockmedic because I lost a key to my home and wanted to re-key the locks. My day started off with a morning walk with the dogs, and a very bad decision to tie a key into my shoe lace. After attempting to retrace my steps (hours of looking around in the hot sun), I gave up and called Dorrant. He was courteous and pleasant. I sent him pictures of the locks, and he was able to give me an approximation of prices over the phone. He told me that he could make it over to the house in the afternoon. He called a couple of hours later and said that he was on his way. My front door lock needed to be re-keyed like the others, but in addition, the finish on the outside had eroded, a screw that anchored the handle was missing and the whole handle unit moved, and the dead-bolt did not extend fully when locked (due to poor builder workmanship). Dorrant showed up with a new set for the front door that matched the color of my current set, but shiny and pretty. He used the pictures I had sent him to make sure that the shape of the door handle matched the current handle, so that the door would not have to be repainted or touched up. He confirmed that the dead-bolt was not extending completely, and deepened the socket, so that it worked properly. He spent a great deal of time making sure that the dead-bolt and the latch worked smoothly. The new set looks beautiful and works flawlessly. Dorrant re-keyed three other doors, and adjusted latches when needed to ensure the best performance. Lastly, Dorrant installed a keypad access for our garage. Overall, Dorrant was courteous and his work was meticulous. If you want a locksmith who is professional and values attention to detail, this is your guy.

Durrant came on time, was polite, neat and so friendly. He gave me 5 keys when he rekeyed the lock and saved me a trip to Home Depot. Also said he would send me some pictures of new handles I will need shortly on one of my doors. He we was so informative and so professional! I look forward to having him back to do some more work.

I checked "Angie's List" and read reviews under Locksmiths and ALockMedic Locksmith. Each review was excellent. I proceeded to contact this company and was very glad I did. Dorrant is a perfect gentleman! He was very easy to work with and did an excellent job for me. He would not leave until I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend Dorrant and his company to fellow Angie's List subscribers. I am 150% satisfied and would definitely use him again if needed and highly recommend others to use his services, if needed. Ask him to show you his company vehicle. He has everything he needs, orderly, clean and professional!

called them early afternoon, they picked up right away and he gave me a price for changing the locks on my front door. I continued to shop around price and found he offered the best price and was also rated the highest on Angies list. I called him back to set up a time and was able to come out 1 hour later. He owns and does all the work for the company. It is quality work done property and with a smile on his face. pricing seemed to be very fair and if need anything again would use him without question.

We initially had a little bit of a scheduling issue. He had to cancel and reschedule a couple of times. Once he got here it was wonderful, he did great work. Even though we had the scheduling issues, I would use him again, because he did a good job on the actual work.

I was favorably impressed from the start with Dorrant's knowledge and professionalism, and I found him to be friendly and agreeable throughout the multiple visits required to complete the work. The ALockMedic service vehicle seemed well-stocked with whatever part, tool, or widget he needed, so Dorrant never had to leave to go get something he might have forgotten -- plus he had a variety of products I could examine and discuss before making purchase decisions. In the time since the work was completed, I have had no unpleasant surprises. Aside from the customer learning curve expected when operating a number of new metal locks, slides, bolts, and keys, I have had no difficulties and am overall quite pleased with ALockMedic's products, service, and work. I feel that I was appropriately informed, and that Dorrant listened carefully to my needs and concerns before performing the work, to make sure I received the right products to meet my needs. I would recommend ALockMedic to family, friends, and neighbors. The only regret I have is that I forgot that I had asked Dorrant to rekey my mailbox. Darn. Since my memory is apparently not what it used to be, I have learned from my mistake to make a list of services required ... something I imagine most people already do, and now I have learned the value in lists for myself. :)

Overall experience: Best home service I have ever experienced in recent memory. Courteous, fair price, prompt, pleasant, skilled, professional, swept up and vacummed debris,(did not allow me to sweep up). When challenged with a unique feature of my electronic lock, used computer to find answer to problem ( very impressive skill). Provides warranty on work. Said he would come back to assist in painting of door by removing lock before painting. On scale of 10/ my overall satisfaction was 10/10. Highly recommend without reservations. You will be happy you called him., from start to finish.

I was very pleased with the results of Alockmedic Locksmiths services. Dorrant, the owner of the company, is an articulate and very pleasant professional. He completed all the work in two days. I like to get the best quality products, accordingly the cost of this job was more expensive than I had originally anticipated. The 2 piece brass Medeco handleset on the front door is very attractive, as are the handles and bolt locks on the doors to the garage. I had spent many months redecorating the house to my taste and feel the brass products installed add a decorative feature.

Then he looked at two other doors that could also get stuck in the same way & treated those two as well !!!
