Excellent! Dorrant responded to my messages from AngiesList at 2 AM in the morning when I was working late the day before I needed the work done. I needed him to be at the house at 1:45 PM the next day for an eviction lock change and he was there 5 minutes before time and emailed me his status. Dorrant provided a fair price and clearly explained my options. He even offered suggestions to reduce my costs for the lock service since this was a rental property. He completed the work quickly and provided a professional invoice onsite. A+ for professionalism, service and courteousness. Highly recommended.

Dorrant from Alockmedic Locksmiths was excellent to work with. Within approximately six hours, I researched on Angie's List, purchased a service call, left Dorrant a message and he returned my call. He was able to come in on the same day and within an hour or so, he serviced, cleaned and rekeyed my locks and everything was working as requested. He also promised to send a quote for additional work requested, and he did! I will be hiring Alockmedic Locksmiths to complete the job. Highly recommend. A professional at its best and very reasonable.

I called Dorrant around 10:30 in the morning and he was at my home by 5 pm (because it was a time convenient for me). Dorrant is very professional and does excellent work. Since meeting him on Friday, I have advised everyone that I have come in contact with that if they are ever in need of any "locksmith" services, that they are to call Dorrant! I recommend him highly!

Dorrant is incredibly professional. He tried to fit me in to his schedule earlier than our apt as a courtesy to me. On his way here he encountered a tie up on the expressway and he called me to explain the situation and give me his expected time of arrival. I was very appreciative of how kind, polite and considerate he was. He immediately took off his shoes before entering my home (it's a white floor and I didn't even have to ask). He was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Dorrant is an amazing young man. About 2 years ago, I lost my only key. Dorrant frowned when he saw it was a Honda, which are very difficult to get into. He spent about 2 hours working on it, and then drove to E. Miami from Boynton Beach to get an actual Honda key. It still did not work, and he refused to take money from me. As soon as I moved I called Dorrant to change the locks. He remembered me. He told me he bought new equipment so that he can now make a Honda key. He's coming back this afternoon. His price is $100 less than Honda charges. I highly recommend him. He is professional, courteous, and competent.

Everything everybody else said about Dorrant, I say double. He is a terrific locksmith - - and a great guy.. He gave us good advice about which lock would best suit our needs, and he instructed us in its use. If only all service providers could be as pleasant and easy to work with as Dorrant!

As mentioned by many, Dorrant is top of the line. He doesn't just re key doors, he'll provide advice on whole home security. He even sold me a great camera system, at cost, to help with temp security until my alarm is installed. In fact, I'll be using these cameras instead of ADT cameras.

He was absolutely amazing! He was pleasant, nice, kind, and I felt so comfortable with him. He was on time and called ahead. He really knows how to run a business. I was looking for a year to find a locksmith, because I have a very unique door. He found when he took the lock out, that the company used two different types of locks on the one door, that is why it broke.

Durrant is very professional and polite and service oriented. He does not really need another great review since he has so many and that's why I call Alockmedic but he certainly deserves it. He really took his time and did not rush. A true pleasure to work with. He was even kind and thoughtful enough to mention setting up a safety exit from my house in the event of an emergency since the lock I had installed was a double key deadbolt. He was also a fireman.

Alockmedic Locksmiths were excellent. My handle fell off completely and I spent over three hours trying to fix it and I gave up. I called him, he came out and spent a little over an hour fixing it. The price was great and he did excellent work. He was professional. He was very personable and responded very promptly to me. I would give him A's for everything. I am extremely happy with them.

He observed the specialized locking mechanism of my front door to determine replacement. He took less than an hour to replace the lock. He even demonstrated how to install the mechanism and provided me a website for the locking replacement so that if I ever have my keys stolen, I can order the mechanism and do it myself. I was very satisfied with his service and have the peace of mind that my house is now secured.
