I checked Angie's list at @ 9:00 this morning to get an idea of how much it would cost. I saw their special for the $65 service charge. I wasn't planning on having it done today but turns out he was in our area and was here just before 11:00 a.m. Worked out very well. It was very quick and Dorrant was very helpful. He even stayed to show me how to use the key again. We have been using the codes so I had forgotten how the keys work on these kind of locks. Hopefully I will never need to but if I do I will definitely call them again.

Fantastic. Very professional. Very helpful and patient while teaching us how to operate our unusual lock system. He happened to have a door lever replacement, that I didn't expect to need, on his truck so everything was completed very quickly. Definitely recommend Dorrant and will use him again

I called Dorrant a few days before and requested a specific date and time for the appointment. He was able to fit the call into his schedule. The day of the appointment he arrived on time, and he was incredibly professional. He quoted the approximate time it would take to rekey the five locks and the price. He finished on time, and at the agreed upon price. Checkout was easy with his ipad, and he had my invoice and receipt emailed to me. I'll definitely call Dorrant again should I need a locksmith.

Dorrant is a very professional, knowledgeable young man who walked me through various home security options, including those that he doesn't provide. This is the second time I've used this company. I spoke with Dorrant (the owner). I explained what I wanted done. He provided me with a better option. I called about a week and a half prior to the date I needed him to be sure he'd be available. He called before coming out and was on time. He went right to work. Called this company because an office lock needed replacing. Left a message and call was returned very promptly. Within an hour and a half, Dorrant was at our WPB office and completed the required services within no time at all. He was professional, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule an appointment via email. They came during the appointed time window. They rekeyed all of our door locks and made new keys. They recommended that we reprogram the garage door opener. They did it for us well. They had a garage remote that matched our system and programmed it for us as well. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would use them again and recommend them.

We just bought a house and my first thought was to replace the front and garage door locks myself. Neither of the big box stores had what I was looking for, so I decided to have both existing locks rekeyed to use the same key. I found Alockmedic on Angie's List and gave them a call. I spoke to Dorrant and was able to schedule a same day appointment. He showed up on time and within an hour both locks were ready to go, with a half dozen keys provided, so I didn't have to make an extra trip to have more keys made. THIS IS THE GUY YOU NEED TO HIRE. I called to set an appointment with Dorrant. He immediately answered the phone, we spoke and set an appointment. I was delayed in closing on my house and I had to cancel him twice. He was so nice and he kindly rescheduled me both times. He gave me a courtesy call prior to the visit to let me know he was coming. He arrived on time with a smile! As he re-tumbled my front door locks, he noticed I was (confused) trying to re-program my garage door key pad. When he finished with the locks, he gladly lent a helping hand and helped me re-programed my garage door. Impressive! He continued to change out locks on my other doors. Since my husband was home, I decided at the last minute to run to our local Improvement Center to purchase a handle / lock I wanted him to add to another door (I figured I would just schedule him to come over another day since he was almost finished with everything prior to me leaving). Since I didn't know which one to purchase, I sent him a picture of it via text. He told me it was the right one. He had completed the work needed and could have left, but decided to wait for me until I got home with my new lock! He then installed it. My front door handle and lock came off of my door this morning. In addition, I had another door handle that was loose and had become separated from the door. I called Alock Medic Locksmiths this morning and spoke with the owner Dorrant Mowatt. Although it was a holiday, Dorrant made an extra effort to fit my into his schedule of appointments for the day and repair my locks and doors so that my family would be safe. Dorrant was polite, professional and did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received. In fact, my membership with Angie's list was coming up for renewal and I was debating whether I should remain a member. A service provider such as Alock Medic Locksmiths and Dorrant made up my mind for me .. I will be renewing my membership. There is no other locksmith to call if you need assistance.. call Dorrant.

purchased a service coupon for this company....got a email stating they could come the next day... they called & got to my rental before I did....when I arrived the lock was already out & getting a nice new commercial grade lock installed...I have had many issues with this door & it's locks before so it was very comforting to feel that it was being taken care of one & for all.....you can read all the reviews that I read & they will impress you...take it from a new customer>>>this company is one to trust !!
