He was very responsive and polite when he came. The work was fine. I wanted a certain depth to the safe and where he suggested to install it, I ended up with a shallow depth safe and the wall could not accommodate with what I wanted.

Dorrant was as professional, methodical and clean as they come. He systematically surveyed the job, built a plan of action and performed his services. There was drilling and oil involved in the work and he cleaned up after himself. He had a travelling tool chest that was all inclusive for his trade. He also had a Sprinter van conversion with additional supplies/tools if necessary. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Dorrant and will use him again when the need arises.

Dorrant was awesome! Called me back when he said he would. He showed up when he said he would. Same day service! He re-keyed two locks and also replaced the mailbox lock for me. Locks operate nice and smooth. He even supplied me with brass keys! He gave me an honest quote before he performed the work. I will recommend him to everyone I know for their locksmith needs.

Yes !!! arrived on time..the tech was very profesional and pleasant.. he did great job in rekeying the 2 locks and gave me 4 keys. I thought the price was a little high but it was ok with me since they were very responsive to come same day .good service all around.

The providers name was Dorrant. He was not only personable but also very professional. I had just purchased a new penthouse and needed it rekeyed as soon as possible. Dorrant agreed to come on a Saturday and was right on time (along with confirmation telephone calls). Truthfully, the service couldn't of been any better.
