Dorrant was great, he called and kept in contact with me throughout the day. He was on time and courteous. It took only 20mins and I had 2 Key Fobs for the vehicle. $50 a pop for each, kind of expensive, but still beats dealer prices.

All my phone contacts and the responses I received were always very professionally handled. Dorrant arrived at the time he said he would be at my house and very promptly diagnosed the problem with the non-working door lock. Before he began to work on the lock he wanted me to be aware that what I was asking him to do could possibly become a safety hazard if I forgot how I had the lock set up to operate. I assured him that I had already considered that issue. Within minutes Dorrant had it working. in addition he made suggestions for how I could do some things on my own to maintain the lock in working order. I would definitely call Alockmedic again and would certainly refer him to anyone who wanted a professional and fair priced locksmith.

Amazing professional...our door was very unique in the level of difficulty. I apologize but I forget the gentleman's name but he was a true professional and did not charge extra for adding the security plates. He worked until the job was completed even though it was getting dark. I would hire him again in heart beat!

Went great. He didn't try and push high end door handles but now wish I had mentioned it. We are selling the house and it doesn't really matter to us and if I had mentioned it I'm sure he has a high end selection of door handles. Extremely competent person, recommend him highly!

Dorrant is one of the most professional locksmith I have ever meet. He re keyed my new home after I closed. There were a total of 12 locks and two garage keys. He worked around my schedule and provided wonderful service! His recommendations were spot on and the job was completed very quickly! GREAT GUY!!!

I had just bought a condo that afternoon and needed the locks changed. Dorrant was courteous and professional, completing the work quickly. He even helped me with a broken front door closure, removed a bike rack from the storage room and made sure I could open all the locks with each set of new keys. My husband and I purchased a home and needed the locks changed as soon as possible. Dorrant was able to come out that evening to get everything in order for us. He showed up a little late, but he notified me as soon as he knew he was going to be later than expected. As soon as he arrived he apologized and explained that it was unprofessional for him to be tardy. He explained that his job with a previous customer ran a little later than expected. He went above and beyond the expectations. He explained everything he did before changing each lock. He walked me through changing the punch code lock in our garage/laundry room and taught me how to reprogram it if I ever needed to change the access code. Before he left we noticed that one of our sliders would close, but the lock would not latch to the hook. He fixed it and did not charge us additional for this service. He is one of them gems that stands out as a genuinely good-hearted individual. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Any of my friends that ask for a recommendation will get his name!

We have used ALockMedic services on a previous occasion to install a Medeco lock into an existing door fixture when we bought a condo two years ago. After the door fixture completely broke, on a Friday, once again, we contacted ALockMedic to help out. Dorrant was great (as usual), answered our distress call and came within the time frame specified. He allowed me the time to buy a new latch/lock system and cancelled another job in order to install the product. We were in a bind because there was no way to lock the front door, and we couldn't go without that security. Dorrant was a lifesaver! He is very professional, courteous and addresses any of your concerns. He's really a nice person and gives great service. I know locks are expensive, but I believe Dorrant gave us a fair price. I would definitely call him again!
