What an extremely efficient and profession operation. Dorrant comes incredibly well-prepared, offers good suggestions and implements the well thought out program. So that all exterior doors would lock with the same key, he changed locks on two doors and rekeyed those and one other to match the other doors, all in a reasonably short period of time. In addition, he explained each task. We strongly recommend him.

When I moved into my new home I quickly realized that my front door was a mess. I called Alockmedic Locksmiths and they booked a free assessment with me for the same day I called. Dorrant arrived to my home on time and was extremely polite. He saw my front door and couldn't help but fix it up even though it was just an assessment. He was able to secure my front entryway enough for it to last until our appointment a few days later. Dorrant did not charge me anything for that visit and couldn't have been any kinder and more respectful. A few days later, he arrived with his wife and they started on my downstairs front and garage doors. I work until 5-6pm so they were able to be there later on in the evening. Dorrant and his wife went for a few hours and came back again over the weekend to finish the job. Overall I definitely gave them a lot to take care of and they handled it all beautifully. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend!

This locksmith was amazing! I asked him to change our original date to Sunday and he was totally accommodating. He provided fast, reasonable and professional service and had the most pleasant disposition continually asking if everything was OK and to call him if we needed anything else. After calling another locksmith from Angie's List, I called Alockmedic. Dorrant at Alockmedic was far and away more concerned about my problem and I choose him to provide service. He promised he would arrive within 1 hour and he did. He was friendly, polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. He had given me an estimate on the phone based on what I had told him the problem was, and he was exactly right. His work was neat and before I knew it everything was perfect. I feel as if I made the right choice and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We recently purchased a home and found Dorrant on Angie's list. He did an outstanding job at a great price. He rekeyed all locks in our home while working around movers, painters, deliveries and the heat. All the locks were lined up and working smoothly once he was done. We had several different brands of locks and he rekeyed them all to a single key. He worked with us to reschedule a day later due to a last minute closing snafu as well. Dorrant is the utmost professional and an expert locksmith. You certainly won't go wrong hiring him!

Lost a car key that needed a key code and chip. After calling a few different Locksmiths and getting no where. I found Alockmedic on Angie;s List. Called Dorrant to make sure his business did the service I needed. He assured me that he did and had done it many times. Schedule an appointment with him and he was early for the appt. Very professional and speedy. I high recommend him. I felt his price was fair and the service i rec'd was excellent. I would refer him to anyone and use him company anytime.

I called Dorrant and he agreed to meet the next day in the morning. He rekeyed all the doors in the house and suggested a lock box outside so no one can get locked out accidentally. He did all the work and gave some suggestions on ways to protect the house. We were very pleased with his work.

Contacted Dormant early in the morning to see if he could help me. The front door hardware wasn't working, so I could neither get in nor out of the house using the the handle. Fortunately Dorrant contacted me within the hour and schedule to meet later on that morning. What a wonderful and pleasant experience. Not only was the work done, wonderful and professional, he was polite, friendly and courteous. A trait you don't often encounter here in South Florida. The hardware is lovely and extremely functional and easy to use, and he sanded and painted the door to make for a seamless transition. \The payment process was easy and with an electronic statement it was so simple. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and prompt experience. I will definitely be using ALOCKMEDIC again.

A+++ experience. Alockmedic was really very courteous, very professional and polite and very easy to schedule. I had to have him come out after business hours and he was very good about accommodating my schedule - even when I was running late! Just a generally very nice, and pleasant person. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and takes his business seriously. I felt the price point was fair, and it was worth the piece of mind that I was looking for having all of my locks replaced. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable and professional locksmith, willing to go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met and that the service meets your expectations. Owner responded right away, was kind and super professional, and clearly does very high quality work. His van is like a super stocked lock store, with likely anything needed to get the job done efficiently and well! The wording on deal was a bit misleading, as we thought since we had the lock, the $35 fee covered the work, but that wasn't the case. It's been some time, but I think the fee was for service call and he asked $100 more initially. When we said that wasn't the deal we thought, he insisted we not pay any more and he still took time to do the work, but we compromised, insisting on paying half that extra amount. Suggested to him that the wording on deal be clarified. We have shared his business cards on community bulletin board and just gave info to new neighbor this week, so thought of him... it's nice he does all his own work and stands by it. We will hire him again if future lock work, no doubt!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about Durrant and his wife. All work was reviewed and quoted prior to starting. All work was thoroughly explained and validated upon completion.

Dorrant fixed the broken thumb turn lock on my back hurricane french door. Also re-installed the deadlock on the same door that was originally put in backwards and we never realized it until he pointed it out. We always struggled with that door and now it locks perfectly!! He also took the time and advised me on the best locks and doors for my house. I had called him at 3:30 and he was here in 2 hours and did a great, clean job!!! I cant say enough about how helpful, kind and polite Dorrant is and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others!!

Dorrant was simply awesome. He came when he said he would and charged what he quoted via pictures that I emailed him. Plus the price was great. I am keeping his card and will not hesitate to call him again. I wish all contractors were like him.

HIGHLY recommended! I called Durrant to schedule the lock repair and replacement and am so very thankful that I chose Alockmedic Locksmiths. Not only was the work completed the same day, but the technician arrived promptly at the appointed time and had the problem evaluated, broken lock removed, and new lock installed and re-keyed within 45 minutes. A handyman had previously worked on this issue unsuccessfully for well over an hour before I called ALockmedic. Durrant was prompt, kind, intelligent, professional, and a skilled tradesman. (And at a price below what I had anticipated). I would recommend this company to everyone. So thankful!!!

Dorrant is excellent. He could have installed a new lock and I would have never known the difference. Instead, he pointed out the problem was with a screw that needed tightening. I would definitely use him again, and will tell my friends and neighbors the same.
