Tim Faber Carpentry and Remodeling

Tim replaced the rotten exterior wood stairs leading up to the second story of a duplex rental property. The new stairs were installed with much better workmanship than the original and my tenant is happy with the results. Tim also gave me the idea of using composite steps so that they will last longer in FL's rainy weather. I also asked them to complete a few small projects while they were there so they patched a hole in the exterior concrete block, and climb onto the roof to clean out the gutters. Overall, they are punctual, friendly and perform good workmanship. Because of his work ethic, he may be working on other jobs. But quality work is hard to find, so hire Tim if he's available.

Tim and his coworker were knowledgeable, friendly and eager to do the job. He was able to schedule quickly and they were on time for both the estimate and repair. Tim repaired a door frame that had rotted at the base on both sides. Tim's coworker repaired trimwork around the gables and a wooden patio post. All work looks great. After the repairs, the areas were cleaner than before they started. Price was fair and exactly what I had expected to pay. Overall, very pleased and hope to have him back for other work in the future.

Tim came to replace my door after a break in. He came on short notice and after regular business hours. He worked late into the night to finish the job in one trip. Even as late as it was, he cleaned up the project area fully. Very professional and talented. I would fully recommend him to anyone.
