Description of Work: He called me promptly and I emailed my to do list. He responded promptly with a price. He arrived on time. The work was well done but somewhat slow, having some difficulty getting the over-the-toilet cabinet installed. I forgot one of the items on the list and he didn't mention it.

Description of Work: I would like to give you an update on Mr. Jimenez's work. Since I first reported to you about him three years ago, he has performed many dfferent tasks for me. The most recent was rebuilding a deteriorated wooden cabinet which I would have had to spend a small fortune to replace. He has also repaired the damage to walls that were attacked by termites, and left the walls as good as new. He has assembled some hard-to-construct dining room chairs and a very complicated exercise bike. In short, he is a very versatile and very accomplished person. I would recommend him to anyone I know for doing this kind of work.

Description of Work: RALPH IS A VERY PLEASENT CAPABLE MAN. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE CLEANED AND RECAULKED TWO BATHROOM SHOWER AREAS. HE ALSO RECAULKED MY CROWN MOULDING, WHERE IT HAD SEPARATED FROM THE CEILING ABOUT200 FT. HE LEFT EVERY AREA IN PRISTINE CONDITION. HIRE HIM!

He gives us an accurate estimate of the work that needs to be done with a time limit. Ralph is very honest and friendly. We are very lucky he has helped make our new house a home!
