Everything went well except they broke the leg off an expensive wrought iron chair from a patio set. Yair Misaray was very helpful in the beginning and picked up the chair to arrange to have it repaired. The move was January 2020. He asked me to send photo of chair as well. He took photos of the broken chair when he was here so do not know why he needed another photo. COVID happened and I was very patient and gave him the benefit of the doubt. We spoke a few times during the past year. He said he could get the chair repaired. He said they would put a claim into insurance and they I should research finding a replacement chair. It’s nowhere to be found. I asked him to return the chair and I can take it to be repaired and they could pay for the repairs. We have been corresponding for months. Now we have radio silence, no returned chair and no check for repairs or loss. This set was $1500 when I purchased it 26 years ago. Now we have a table with three chairs. Very disappointed in the way this has been handled for over 12 months.
