I gave them a B because they have most of what I need but, they don't carry what I would consider specificity items. Their pricing is good not great. When I had work done, their punctuality was A. I am knowledgeable about mechanical items and at one time, they used to be staff, more like people who knew what they were doing/ sale men. They are not as they used to be as they try to save money.

Of 4 appliances, only one went without a hitch.   The microwave was fine.   The dishwasher couldn't be installed because it had a defective hose and the delivery guys said it would leak.    The refrigerator came with a defective bin----they installed it, but said it would be replaced.   The stove, which was gas, could not be installed because the guys did not have the right hook up for gas.  They knew it was a gas stove ( duh), and we paid for installation for all the appliances.
10 days later, they returned with new dishwasher and it was installed poorly.  The guy damaged the side pieces of our cabinets and also disconnected the line to the disposal, which we only found out when the plumber came.
The gas stove was brought in and we had to hire a plumber to install it for $175.   To be fair, Home Depot gave me a credit for the "installation" that they didn't do and messed up.  Customer service was of no help at all.    
When they brought the new refrigerator to replace the one with the defective part, they could not remove the old one (which was,, in fact, brand new, having just been delivered 10 days before----they couldn't remove it from our house because it was not on the work order to do so.   So, we begged them to put it in the garage. 
I had to call Home Depot myself, several times, before they sent someone out to remove the old (new) refrigerator.   I told them that if they didn't send someone soon, I would sell it myself.
So, be forewarned when dealing with HD and deliveries.  If it's a gas stove, make sure the hose will fit or have a plumber on hand on delivery day!!!!!

Home Depot

It went very well, I would recommend them to anyone.

Salesman did a good job "selling" Home Depot", but did not follow-up to see if job was progressing as planned. Job took over a year to complete, but required many phone calls about deficiencies. The installers do not work for Home Depot, but are private contractors. The windows appear to be high quality and installation seems very good, but it took a lot of work and pain on our part to get job completed. For example, obscure glass was used in the family room while clear glass was used in the bathroom. After several phone calls and delays, they finally corrected the problem. I would not use Home Depot for this type of work again..

Order was shipped according to timeline provided and product was received as promised.  Easy to work with.

It was excellent and they did an excellent job. Everything was done professionally and perfectly and they were quick about it. They were punctual, reliable and they have a very high quality product.

Home Depot is Home Depot. They are okay.

I personally like them. Their pricing are good, they have good choices and they are honest. I find them very helpful and professional. There are occasions that I go there not knowing what to do but I leave the place with advices from them. I will recommend them.

It went really well with the choosing of the blinds. The sales associate was kind, patient and knowledgeable of the product. The blinds took longer than expected to arrive at Home Depot (again maybe not their fault). The installation was done great on 6 of the 9 windows and on all the sliding glass doors of the house- please note that this was a brand new house and we had sheets up for the three weeks or so before the blinds arrived. This is where I was not pleased as it took a lot of work on our part to secure the correct blinds for the two windows and I had to constantly call the store.

Home Depot At-Home Services came out promptly and measured for the installation of four windows. They were not the low bidder, but I chose them because I trusted their reliability. They completed the installation on April 22. The windows were fine; the installation was prompt and professional.
The installers , however, failed to leave the top fasteners for the window uncovered. Thus, the County Building Inspector could not see them and would not pass the installation. A second inspection was scheduled, and Home Depot took care of everrything in good order.
But the exterior of the installed windows were filthy. Naturally, they bore finger marks and dirt and caulk from the installer's hands.We're on the second floor and I can't climb a ladder and clean them. The job coordinator said she would have it done, but she didn't. Home Depot's field rep came out to inspect the job and said that he would have them cleaned by the installers, but he didn't..
A checker from Home Depot called to assess the quality and satisfaction with the job. When I told her of the problem, she said she'd tell the installation manager to have it done. But he didn't.
Score for the quality of the job: A. Score for the appearance and the overall satisfaction:D.

They did a good job.

They were very responsive. When we have some problems, they will be right here the next day. My overall experience with them was great.

They were expensive. The price wasn't bad it was just that I found something better. i wouldn't even say it was too expensive, just more expensive than what I found.

Fair

It went great; they had the keys in stock. My problem with Home Depot is that they don't have half the things I go there for. I wind up having to run to smaller hardware stores to find items I need. With regard to price, I have nothing to compare it with. With regard to responsiveness, I always have to wait for somebody. The guy knew what he was doing.

Outstanding job! Barbara, in the store, spent many hours over 2-3 months and several meetings helping us design the kitchen. She provided excellent information and advice and did a great job. The process was detailed and thorough. Cabinets were delivered on time and the tear-out and installation of the cabinets was on time and done well. Counter top slab selection (Keys Granite, sub contractor, very professional and helpful) and design/installation (Designs by Delano, sub contractor) the same. People were all friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a smoother project!
