When Angie's List offered a house cleaning package of 4 hours for $75, I took advantage of that great deal. I knew that I was going to have a lot of weekend company at my house, 14 of us in all, so I scheduled the cleaning for after everyone left. My communications with the owner, Analia Glatzel, went smoothIy. I chose to have 2 people for 2 hours of cleaning. They arrived promptly, asked what I wanted to have done and went right to work. I had them focus on the bathrooms and the floors. They were very polite and professional and the result met my expectations.

I had some issues with my work schedule and they were very accommodating, switching dates several times. Upon arriving, Ana, the manager, was very friendly while at the same time professional. She immediately asked if I had any special requests and set about cleaning along with a co-worker. They worked at a quick pace and Ana even noticed that there some areas that I apparently overlooked when doing my own cleaning, like the fan blades and blinds, which were extremely dusty and in dire need of cleaning, They added them to their tasks and managed to work them in to the alloted time. When I noted that they arrived fifteen minutes late, Ana was quick to offer to arrive fifteen minutes next time. I found her to be a very hard working and competant person, who genuinly seems to want to do a good job and to please the customer. I will definitely use their services again.

Girl was very nice. I think that there was a small communication problem. I also gave her a card to have her boss call me to schedule another appointment but I never heard from them

Provider emailed that she would call the Saturday before to confirm a 10:00 A.M. arrival, but never did. On the day of the cleaning, 10:00 came and went and no one showed up. I called and was told the cleaner accidentally went to the wrong account. (A regular customer whose first name was the same as mine!). She re-scheduled an appointment for the next day. When the cleaning lady arrived, she kept insisting that she was only supposed to clean for 3 hours (although I had paid $89 for 4 hours). I finally convinced her to call her boss, who told her that she was, indeed, to clean for 4 hours. She did a good job cleaning, but I later discovered that she had broken a small item and never told me. The owner/manager seems to be very disorganized. I also didn't like the fact that she (the owner/manager) always called me by my first name….it was quite unprofessional. Communication within this company is terrible and I would never use them again.

The service exceeded my expectations. I had 2 workers for 2 hours. From the time they walked in the door (on time) to the moment they left, they did not rest for a minute. I was worn-out just watching them. They did a fantastic job given the time allotted. They did such a great job I am going to recommend them to anybody that will listen. They did reverting exactly the way I asked and were as pleasant as could be. They gave me the feeling that I was their most important client. “Note to Glatzel Corp”: If you need a reference in the future I would be happy to talk to anyone you want me to. Keep up the good work. You are the best. I rate them as an 11 out of 10.

I did the other areas. I was very pleased with the work & definitely would use her services again. The areas I was most concerned with were the bathrooms & floors & they were up to my expectations.

As described: punctual, complet cleaning at great pricing; really cares about the work her team does!

I've been using Glatzel for the past 18 months. Overall satisfaction in the work is excellent. My only complaint is that the price charged was originally described as $80 for 2 cleaners for 2 hours or about $20 per hour. Since I started using them they are rarely here more than an hour and a half and 90% of the time only here for an hour. They should charge me less then $80

Overall I continue to use them. Their fees are standard, tho I think for a house my size with only one person living in it that it could be priced a little lower. The crew works diligently while they are here. And they get the job done quickly and well. The owner Ana is very nice and always a pleasure to talk to. I have
