It turns out that I do not need the service right now. The vendor was extremely helpful and flexible. When I do need the service I will use them!

I had some insects so I called around. They were prompt. The technician (John?) came and was friendly and explained everything. He told me simple steps to take and signs to look for to ensure they were working. I had somebody else come and they recommended about $5,000 to $7,500 worth of repairs I could do to keep pests out of my house. It seemed unreasonable. I would definitely use them if I have any other type of problem.

The service turned out very well. I decided to go with the service contract with them, and so they came back out. The fact that they came at the time that were supposed to, was good. I didn't dislike anything. He explained the whole process, the value of the pest control and everything. He answered all the questions that I had, and so I have no complaints.

We've been using Enviro-Safe for 2 years and am pleased with the quality of service, availability, cost and professionalism. Our house is virtually pest free with quarterly treatments. Our outdoor plantings are a continual struggle with pests, however. Brad and team are always prompt to come out and treat areas that are periodically problematic - like ghost ants coming in through the sliders.

I have always been concerned about environmental damage from the chemicals pesticide companies use. When I moved here 10 years ago I got a termite contract with a large company who I know uses environmentally damaging chemicals, but this was before Angie's list & I had no time to do lengthy research so I went with a large company with a good reputation. Last year I investigated changing companies, trying to find one that has more environmental consciousness. I found EnviroSafe on Angie's List, & called for information, and to see about getting an inspection from a third party who didn't have a vested interest in not seeing live termites and have to make good on a contract. Dan, the owner, gave me over an hour's worth of valuable--and free--information over the phone. He covered time frames for damage, how the industry works and how contracts are written, and what chemicals various companies use. He was very professional, gave specific information but remained general regarding other companies--did not use names or criticize competitors. I was a little paranoid about outbreaks of subterranean termites based on some literature I got, & offered him the opportunity to come out & place some traps. He was very good about outlining why a preventive strategy is both costly and not effective (which my common sense was telling me also), and that it would be best environmentally & economically to wait until there is an infestation and take care of it then. I was really impressed with his knowledge & candor, and his lack of scare tactics in his approach, which my current company, & companies sending me unsolicited advertisements, were using. He also urged me not to end my contract with my current company since I already have it. Although my contract includes free annual inspections, this year I wanted to have an inspection by an unbiased third party. Dan charges $125 for an inspection if he has to do crawl spaces. My house is 90 years old & NOT inspector-friendly; he earned his money squeezing into a belfry, narrow attic (the house has a flat roof), and my crawl spaces. This was something my contracted inspectors never did--they just shined a light into the crawl spaces & gave a quick look. He was very responsive, came within a day of my call, & showed up right on time. Three reasons I am recommending him: (1) He acknowledges you can't deal with FL pests in a totally environmentally benign way--he's realistic but does everything he can to protect homes with minimal environmental effect; (2) He obviously is really knowledgeable and good & thorough at his work; (3) he's fair and not a high-pressure person. He doesn't try to scare you, gives you facts & steps back so you can make your own decision. The only disadvantage to this guy is--and it's not his fault, it can only be cured if more people use him & he can expand his staff--being a small company, he doesn't go too far into north Palm Beach Co--at north of Lake Worth, I was a bit of a stretch for him, but knowing how concerned I was, he was kind enough to make the trip out.

The person who did the work did not seem to know much about the types of insects or differences in termites. He came, did the spraying in a perfunctory manor, and left. He was polite and neat. Perhaps being a little young, he had not had much experience. I do not blame the person who actually came and did the spraying.

The office staff was courteous and thorough. Jason showed up early, talked everything over with us and go to work. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We had to call them back a second time because we saw a few other critters and we appreciated that they came back and didn’t charge us. They were very good to work with. The technicians were very prompt, polite, and courteous. They got the job done in about 45 minutes each time they came out.

Everything turned out fine. Scheduling was fine and they came on time for the appointment. There was one technician here doing the work. We had a lot of bugs after they had come so we were not sure if that was their fault or not. The service was nothing extraordinary. It was a good value for the money. I called the office and told them I had trees that were rusting and wanted them to spray the tree. The office administrator told me to ask the technician once he got to our home. He was unable to perform that service.

It was good. They come and do what they need to do and they follow up with me. I also bought a package from them and they come every few months to do the service. The technicians are very helpful. They got the job done in about 10 minutes.

Jason was prompt and professional. Upon arrival, he helped us to identify where and why the ants are coming into the house and sprayed those and other general area. He also sprayed the parameter of the house outside. Happy with the service and professionalism.

They were pretty good. They were prompt and scheduled an appointment and they were effective in exterminating three rats in our attic.

They came out. They guy put some stuff on the house and explained it. I was pleased with their service. They were professional and talked minimally. We did not have problems with them and their service.

Absolutely no complaints. Even had the company come back to do a re-spray of the affected area. Will use again in the future.

Came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, chose them because they are a "green" company, haven't seen any bugs!
